Worst customer experience ever!!!! Every one of them at this miserable excuse of an auto center is EXTREMELY RUDE. I feel there is a toxic work culture here and hence the pervasive bad attitude.I went to check on a tire order that never arrived. Most of them here don't even know to use an iPad to look up for orders. One guy said the tires are there and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I go there at the appointment the next day and another guy rudely and condescendingly says there's no appointment in my name and just gets out of the office without trying to even see why the appointment is missing or helping me in any other way. And to add to my frustration, there is a one way door into their office and only the staff have access to open it from the inside. I WAS TRAPPED AND NO ONE TO HELP! The only way to get out was through another door that was inside the staff chambers!I went there again and scheduled another appointment the afternoon of the next day. I go early in the morning just to confirm if my afternoon appointment is still there. Another(4th or 5th rude guy) guy(so called team lead) says he can do it right away. I said I just wanted to confirm the afternoon appointment and the guy rudely yells repeatedly "SIR! I CAN DO IT NOW!!"Since I was stuck with this missing tires issue for more than 2 months, I agreed. Ran back home and brought the car that need tires' replacement. They accept my vehicle and ask me to come back after 3-4 hours!! Effing idiots!! My appointment was anyways 3 hours later. Why say you'll do it right away and then ask me to come back 4 hours later.4 hours later, they call me up and say the tires are NOT there.OH GOD!!Walmart Auto Care is just a namesake auto division Walmart has to just pretend that they can do all things like Amazon. NO! Walmart is no Amazon! It's just a retail center and does no other thing well.You've been warned. Avoid this place like the plague. Don't fall for "cheap" Walmart prices to only suffer later!

I had an amazing experience today at Walmart Auto Care. After finishing my grocery shopping at Walmart and heading back to my car, I discovered that one of my car tires was flat. Luckily, I spotted the Walmart Auto Care section, and despite it being time for the staff to finish work, they were still there to help.Jerianna, one of the auto care staff, assisted me in fixing the car. Even though it was already their off-duty time, Jerianna patiently explained everything in detail and even offered my son soda and snacks while we waited. The tire change took about 15 to 20 minutes.Thank you, Walmart Auto Care Team! I truly appreciate your exceptional service

I recently had a disappointing experience with the tire shop at Walmart. Despite their assurances that they had fixed my tires, it became apparent that the issue was not resolved.I initially approached the Walmart Tire Shop with a specific problem regarding my tires. The staff assured me they could fix the issue and proceeded with the repairs. However, after leaving the shop, it quickly became apparent that the problem persisted. The supposed fix turned out to be ineffective, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.Furthermore, the customer service I received during this process was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and did not take the time to fully understand the problem or provide a proper solution. Their lack of attention to detail and follow-through is disappointing, particularly considering the importance of reliable tire repairs for safety on the road.In light of my experience, I cannot recommend the Walmart Tire Shop. Their failure to properly address the issue with my tires and the lack of attentive customer service left me feeling unsatisfied and inconvenienced. It is important for customers to be cautious when relying on their services for tire repairs.

All of the staff in Pleasanton Auto Care Centers are great. They take care of customer very well. I have been using Walmart Auto Care Centers for so many years. Most of time it was okay but lately last few visits has been great. People in the front as well as few of the mechanics are great to talk to. They have up their game. Excellent.

This location has a very old payment register which does not have a computer attached and keeps breaking down frequently causing very long waits just to accept payments and let the customers be on their way. Horrible experience multiple times in last one year. Why is Walmart being so cheap and unresponsive is beyond me (and rest of the 7 customers waiting behind me).

I left after an oil change with my check engine light on. I did have a battery replacement done along with an oil change but when I returned to ask them to look at it, they told me to reset it myself by disconnecting the battery. That didn't work so I returned again to speak with the service manager. This is when I find out that the technician had noted that the light was on prior to service. I don't understand how that is cos it wasn't on when I drove the car there. Anyway, I take the car to an auto repair shop who diagnosed it as an oil temperature sensor failure and found that the sensor was not seated correctly. This sensor is located near the oil filter and I believe it was bumped during service. However, the service manager was not willing to work with me or entertain that thought. Poor customer service and now I believe the other reviews regarding poor service at this location. I used this place for the low cost but now I realize that with the low cost you get poor and inexperienced service. I won't make that mistake again.Update. So after having a mechanic correct the check engine light issue I have been running my car with no issues. Back to the same condition before I brought it in for an oil change. I swear these guys don't know what they are doing. Totally inexperienced and unprofessional.

Google reviews has this shop at 2.0 stars. Was a little put off by that but took my vehicle in anyways for a full synthetic oil change. It was a positive experience, in and out relatively fast. Staff were polite. Bad reviews were probably karens that didn't take no for an answer like the tesla driver in line ahead of me after the receptionist told him at least three times that they don't service teslas, or who just dont know shit about their cars. All in all a good experience and will come back.

Worst customer care I’ve ever experienced. Joseph is extremely rude and has no idea what he is doing at this shop. Will never return. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Wish I could give zero stars.

Super fast and affordable service for oil change! Came in right when they opened and within 30 minutes, my car was ready. Rayna I believe at the service desk was SUPED helpful and friendly. I highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonable price oil change.

It was good experience. I went there and service person noted down my phone number, vehicle details quickly and provided me a Barcode. I can now track my car status by scanning the bar code using the Walmart App. Once my car was ready I went there, paid and drive back home. Simple, quick and intuitive process.

worst worst worst.. stay wayextremely rude staff . This morning at 7AM I went for oil change and the lady at the desk asked me to come at 8:30AM . When I went at 8:30AM , same lady and another person said they can't do it today . when I shoed my frustration, they shouted and asked me to get out of there . What a top class customer service ...!!!!! shame on you Walmart....

These duds do not have manners. Is Walmart not paying them? I waited more than 20 to get sign in and the old guy on the counter is tell me waiting or go somewhere else. There was only one car. They don’t have more tablets.Come on Walmart!

I wish I could give less than 1 star for the Autocarecenter desk team including team lead(lady) on duty at 7/30/22 12:00pm and Romeo, their service and attitude both were very pathetic. They asked me to select and sign for the package so I selected one for $68, but right after Romeo told me the total will be $116+ upon asking. So I asked immediately why so and details by line item, Romeo said very rudely "now we can't tell, you should ask first, you have singed so you will have to pay", really??? he showed me $68 package screen, which I selected and then he asked to sign for so I signed for $68, not for anything else. It's his job to explain it if the anything else added. I think It's clearly cheating of adding anything without asking or clarifiying. The team lead lady came and told me that those are mandatory charges. I asked clarification on that but she wasn't able to read the line item or able to communicate properly to me. Moreover, lacking of her ability to clarify, she walked away saying "I am not staying here anymore, you are wasting our time". Then they keep talking in between and didn't clarify anything specifically to me. Then Joshep came and keep saying that you are wasting our time, any thing you don't want we will take it away, he wasn't even showing me the line item which I have concern with. Meaning, after 2-5 hrs if anything you do on my car without my consent how could you take out right away and because of that I needed clarification why my total is $116 vs $68? but none of the team was taking responsiblity to explain me nicely. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE!!!! THEY WASTED MY TIME AND RUINED MY DAY. I was wondering that is there any customer service standard set by their manager or WALMART for the perticular desk?????
