Rita, Hosna, Parveet, Adam, and Grant, are all very helpful and welcoming when I come into the bank. It is both appreciated and refreshing.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and overall a kind person. I will go to this bank just for him because he thoroughly explains everything to me and I always leave happy with my problems resolved. Cant say enough good things.

If possible I will give 0 star to this branch. They don't have any instruction or sign. There's only one banker and he only works with appointment only.

BEWARE! Do not use this bank location. The staff go out of their way to discourage any business inside the branch and refer everyone to use their ATMs outside where there have been frequent robberies. Most recently the criminals watch for cash withdrawals then follow the customer until they park and then smash and grab the customers purse, phone, wallet... many times while the customer is still in their car. Most recently it happened when the customer parked in the other side of the shopping center! There's even a theory that the inside teller who aggressively pushed and "helped" the customer setup ApplePay may have been involved. Apparently the bank's management is well aware of the security issues. Look if you're being followed and make some extra turns if you're not sure. Obviously this happens at other places also but at this location a lot probably because of its proximity to freeway on ramp... Be safe

The customer service here is poor! Management don't want to help our. The branch is empty and I was toll he was to busy to help me. He should be replaced

Never have I experienced a bank location where professionalism is so low. My wife and I arrived at our scheduled appointment on time and ended up waiting for 30 minutes without receiving any acknowledgement or updates besides the initial greeting. The branch was empty and the staff saw us leave including the banker with whom we had an appointment but no attempt was made to rectify the problem. Add this on top of the ridiculous experiences I've had at another local Wells Fargo and I think it's time for me to look for a different bank that values a customer's time and business.
