I could not recommend Jeff and everyone over West Coast AV & Security more! These guys have helped myself and my family with numerous needs over the years and they always take the time to listen, explain and cover things to whatever depth their customers need. We own an Interior Design business with an immense pride on customer service and personal attention, and we give Jeff and co all the referrals we can because we know they will listen to their customers, and truly consider/ honor their thoughts and wishes through the process of whatever each and every project entails, and the end result is always as good as we could ever ask and hope for - as our personal and client experiences have always been. If you are in the need of anything from a simple new TV beautifully mounted on the wall, up to a full home theater/ security system installed immaculately, look no further - Jeff, Jimmy, AJ and Co. are your people!!

I cannot express how valuable Jeff and Jimmy and the rest of the West coast AV crew have been to me. My house is testimony to their skill and expertise. I have had just about everything offered installed by these guys and they have done a spectacular job down to education on how to work it all to someone with little tech savvy.Highly recommend!

I am looking for a company that can help me find a recording device for my antenna since I did away with cable and their DVR. The pleasant woman who answered the phone did not know if they can do that so she had a technician Johnathan call me when he got back into the office. He understood what I'm looking for but also did not know the answer but told me he would research it for me.. I am very impressed with there fast response and effort. I hope they can help and I will report the outcome since I know I'm not the only person tired of outrageous cable charges.

I recently engaged with West Coast AV & Security and worked specifically with Hunter, one of their install techs.Throughout the process, I had a pleasant experience from receiving an estimate and quote in an expeditious manner, and with Hunter and another colleague able to start running wire shortly after. Payment was easy, as it was broken into four payments at the time of completion and receipt of each product. Throughout the experience, we were pleased with the result of the décor, spread of speakers for sound coverage and finish of the install.Highly recommend working with Hunter and West Coast AV & Security.

Every so often, a company comes along and provides service that simply overdelivers on their commitment, proposal, etc. Such was my recent experience with West Coast A/V and particularly Ryan Dirito. I've had a Control 4 system in my home for over 10 years that I'd describe as of medium complexity: A/V, distributed music throughout the house, lights, front door lock, alarm, etc. I've had a few C4 bumps along the way with getting all my devises (C4, Sonos, Apple, etc.) to play nice with each other...but hey, it's technology...no one said it was always going to be easy, seamless, or cheap! I've also had Control 4 dealers charge me extortionate fees for their service ($195 an hour with a 2-hour minimum to come out and tell me what I already suspected, "Yep, you need a new thus-and-such.") I was recently faced with the need to upgrade a couple C4 devices...because with C4, when one device goes "end-of-life," invariably there will be other C4 devices that need to go along for the upgrade ride! Wishing to cut away from my current C4 dealer who seems to cater to the deep pocket society, I sought a few alternate company proposals and got mostly more-of-the-same and/or those who wanted to upgrade my system to essentially a brand-new system. One dealer even went so far as to say, "Sorry, we're only doing brand new installs now...no existing Control 4 systems work." Man, there must be a lot of deep pockets out there! Then I found West Coast A/V, Ryan Dirito, and my new Control 4 dealer/service provider. Ryan came out and designed a proposal that addressed just what I needed to fix the problem and no more. No crazy up-sell to stuff I truly didn't need. The devices were not outrageously marked-up and the service (installation) part of the proposal was about the fairest I've ever encountered with Control 4. This group clearly understands that by taking good care of a customer early on, they've likely earned a repeat customer for life. Ryan even came back for a follow-up fine tuning visit and spent all the time necessary to ensure my system is working flawlessly (better now than ever before!) Best of all, Ryan's a dog lover...my dog and her new pups took to him immediately! Hats off to Ryan and West Coast A/V.

My AV hoodie is in my car and I don’t want to go get it but it is the most comfortable hoodie I own. Jeff is a great man and when I worked for him for a day he gave me unlimited snacks. The guy in the other review is juicing it

Do not work with this guy Jeff! It's a nightmare! Find another company for your low voltage and security needs. Awful customer services. He wants to get money w/o doing any work or providing you even an estimate on how much it will cost. You blindly give him a blank check. Do NOT bother to work with them and specially with their VP of Sales - Jeff Embry. Awful customer services!!!!! and NIGHTMARE experience !!!!
