Rude staff. Terrible attitudes. Nothing nice to say about any of these folks. Sad what Zara has been reduced to.

This store has great variety of items, but needs more staffing. Stood in line for 30 minutes just to make a return. 2 people working registers when you have a line extending half way through the store is not good. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this either. Get more help!
