Such a disappointment. Was finally able to pick up my 2023 Spring wine only to find some bottles were not included. But replaced with Fall wines. So now I have doubles of Fall. I've been a member since 2021 that ended today.

I'm a long customer of Taste/Rest. Just walked in (sober) to try out of convenience. Dont bother if your looking for dry/big, this isn't your place. What I got was a soft tannins, smooth and impressingly long lasting notes. A true sign of high end wine from a guy that knows what hes doing. The entire line was solid. Thomas, you have a new customer. Very happy with your wine! I bought a case, which I wouldn't have if I didn't absolutly love it.

We loved it! Thomas Allen was delightful. He was so personable and entertaining. Every wine was delicious. We will make a stop there in the future when we come to the foothills.

Fate is a required visit if you love wine. Thomas has been in the industry for years and he knows so much. At the time of writing it’s entirely a one-man-show; Thomas does it all! His creations are incredible, his style is neutral oak and lower alcohol. Atmosphere is chill and intimate, outdoor seating is great, and the hospitality runs deep. Can’t recommend this tasting room enough.

Visited the sleepy town of Plymouth for a romantic weekend stay with my husband. We arrived to our hotel (Rest - also fantastic) a bit early and we were sent over for a tasting with Thomas at Fate. Such a fun experience. Thomas is incredibly personable and fun. He pours while explaining the blends and their flavors. It is so incredibly obvious that he loves what he is doing and that that makes all the difference. We felt relaxed and as if we could really enjoy our time in his wine bar. All of those who came by while we were there seemed to feel the same way. We really enjoyed our tasting, met some nice people, and bought some great wine. Thank you, Thomas, we'll be back again soon!

Omg! Thomas is the owner, and he is an amazing person with the most optimistic attitude I've ever seen in my entire life. There are no reservations required, stop in anytime. He will welcome you with open arms and open bottles. He specializes in blending, and does an amazing job describing every blend you will be tasting. My group when we visited came in as a group of seven, and he accommodated all of us without any reservation. He poured the samples, one after another... No hesitation.Thomas has a lot of wonderful blends that has taken a lot of work to perfect, over the years with his expertise. Definitely this is a place to stop in and check out, don't miss it. I am looking forward to the next time I am in town and I will be sure to see Thomas again. He's got a great spot there in town. Stop in and see it.Highly recommended for sure. On a side note, he is the only owner of an establishment that keeps the serving wine at a stable temperature of 59° for wine as far as I remember it, and a stable temperature of 43° for the bubbly's. I hope I'm remembering it right, because he deserves so much credit for what he's doing, he really knows what he's doing. I will definitely be back there as soon as I can.

We were referred to Fate by another great winery we visited in the Plymouth and Somerset area. Thomas Allan was the most gracious and entertaining host, as we were the only ones in the tasting room at the time. His story is amazing, having worked in the wine and comestible field for many years as a sommelier, wine sales representative, and much more. And his wines are fantastic! We brought home four bottles: Sangiovese, Pinot Noir (over the top!), Verdelho, and his "Elixer", which is an 18% ABV fortified blend of Viognier, Verdelho and Black Muscat with residual sugar. The other wines he has were also lovely, but there's a limit to the budget and we were careful to follow it. The Tempranillo he's releasing soon is truly swoony!

GREAT wine tasting experience! We were visiting Plymouth & I read reviews on Yelp. I'm so glad we stopped here. Christy was amazing! We tasted some really good wines and bought several bottles. They have quite a selection and sell lots of cool wine-related items.
