“The customer service I rcv'd on 8/8/25 was very good. I went in for hp21 ink cartridge and did not see what i needed, so when asked if I needed help, the cashier immediately helped and explained they were fazeing that one out, but looked further and found they still had a few in stock. She went and found it for me. Exceptional service today. Thank you. ?”
“Goin' Postal in Jackson, CA., is a great place to send and receive packages.
Johnathan was my customer server and was polite and helpful with getting my package sent out. He even went so far as to send me a receipt via text and confirmation of in route with the tracking number.

“I gave 5 stars I wish I could more stars I recommend this place for all those who wants to get new passports or renew their passports even post office employees are amazing altitude they really satisfied me with excellent service.
Passport applicants they have money order service, and also, they have Passport photo service they will take care of everything for you. You don't worry about it.

“Everyone is quick to leave a bad review, but not leave a good one. That’s because people usually give a review when they want to vent and complain about something.
When things are good, people usually don’t bother reviewing because things worked out and that’s ‘normal’ for them.
So I’m here to provide an updated, August 2025 review of this epic blast from the past post office.
The USPS worker in the picture is super nice and helpful. The office itself looks well maintained, and the PO Box section holy wow it’s spacious!
I dropped off a package. If it delivers successfully, I’ll update this post and will maintain its 5 stars. If my package gets lost, then I’ll have to drop the stars down to 1 or 2 and it’ll unfortunately match others experiences.
But for now we’ll wait and see.”
“After the entire staff quit, boo, Tina remained to do her job. She managed to be efficient, helpful and cheerful to boot. I can't say enough good about her work ethic. I have had many issues with this post office and have written to the powers that be on more than one occasion. Though never concerning her. I'd like to think I am a fair individual and therefore would like to sing my praises for Miss Tina of the Sutter Creek post office, we need more like her, everywhere.”
