“Thr customer service here is amazing. Maybe it's because we live in a small town, maybe it's just because the staff there is awesome. Either way, it doesn't feel like a robotic corporate store. It feels like they belong here in our small community. I am at this location aboit 3 to 4 times per month. I love their self-service machines for printing and faxing. They also do Amazon returns here. Their pricing for business cards is a really great deal! You can't beat the price ! They recently added Party City as a partner, and their products taken up an entire isle from front to back including balloon service. I have also found great deals on office chairs, desks and laptops. I just wish they would add the Staples Bin Wins program! WAITING!!!!! 😇”

“Roger here at the jackson post office is one of the most helpful, efficient and caring. He takes time out of his busy work shift to make sure a package gets to its owner. “Extremely convenient having a place locally to do UPS returns. There's a couple other but they charge in addition to the UPS postage. Although since CVS doesn't have enough staff, there's usually a 20 minute wait for dropoff.”
“After the entire staff quit, boo, Tina remained to do her job. She managed to be efficient, helpful and cheerful to boot. I can't say enough good about her work ethic. I have had many issues with this post office and have written to the powers that be on more than one occasion. Though never concerning her. I'd like to think I am a fair individual and therefore would like to sing my praises for Miss Tina of the Sutter Creek post office, we need more like her, everywhere.”
“Everyone is quick to leave a bad review, but not leave a good one. That’s because people usually give a review when they want to vent and complain about something.
When things are good, people usually don’t bother reviewing because things worked out and that’s ‘normal’ for them.
So I’m here to provide an updated, August 2025 review of this epic blast from the past post office.
The USPS worker in the picture is super nice and helpful. The office itself looks well maintained, and the PO Box section holy wow it’s spacious!
I dropped off a package. If it delivers successfully, I’ll update this post and will maintain its 5 stars. If my package gets lost, then I’ll have to drop the stars down to 1 or 2 and it’ll unfortunately match others experiences.
But for now we’ll wait and see.”
