Palace Market is a charming and solid supermarket in Point Reyes Station. It is a fantastic, clean store with everything you could possibly need, from fresh produce, meat, seafood, and a deli counter to a bakery area, cheese and wine sections, and health and beauty aisles. It has a great and robust selection of fruits, vegetables, wine, cheese, and bread, along with lots of Asian and Indian ingredients and sauces. The local cheese selection is stellar, the butcher section is amazing, and there is an emphasis on local brands. The staff is nice, helpful, welcoming, and efficient. While prices are a bit pricey and not cheap, they are not outrageous. It is the everyday go-to for locals and a wonderful place to wander into while visiting the area.
