Although smaller than most urban farmers' markets in the Bay Area, the one here at Point Reyes Station is ultra-local and high-quality. In fact, it was the first all-organic farmers' market in the entire region. It's also nicely sized relative to the town's small population. When I stopped by, there were at least two dozen vendors. Whether cheeses, jams, seafood, or veggies, everything was super fresh, super enticing, and super high-quality. Add some public performers and you've got not just a community-level festival, but a destination-worthy event worth timing your trip to Point Reyes for if you're visiting from further afield.

The Point Reyes Farmers Market is welcoming, warm, and bountiful. The produce is fresh, the people are wonderful, and the community is vibrant. Some residents played live music—and the kids (and adults) danced to it. I so recommend visiting this beautiful place and supporting the wide array of food/craft vendors.

This is such a cool and laid back farmers market . Starts late June thru oct , but the dates change , depending on farmers . Great music , really sweet vibe . I have been lucky to have observed many chefs & Cookbook authors doing demonstrations and lectures here . I have Heard and been moved by rich and thought provoking tidbits graciously shared as they cook , that they have learned from relatives , parents , grandparents, mentors & personal experiences . Fresh and gorgeous produce . Vendors from cow girl creamery to Brickmaiden & A few booths have prepared food . Fresh and wild ,hand picked floral bouquets . And much more ! All in and around Toby's feed Barn !! Check it out !

These sandwiches are phenomenal! I love that they use all local ingredients. The bread is perfectly grilled and they don't skimp on the cheese. I'm now a regular!
