BOMB sandwiches! I got their BLT with avocado on sourdough and it was hitttinnnn! I do want to highlight that it was pretty pricey for the portion. It was pretty cute inside like a small bodega with drinks and snacks and miscellaneous goods and souvenirs. Sandos are made fresh to order! First time in Point Reyes and this was a nice spot to start especially after a long day of driving.

So unwelcoming, unfriendly, unkind, and downright hostile. My family dodged a bullet by opting for the pizza restaurant across the street instead of the deli sandwiches we initially had in mind. After pizza we came back here for ice cream. My child politely asked to try ONE flavor and the woman barked, "no samples." The chalkboard sign screams "no bathrooms." I asked for a kid size scoop and the woman barked, "no kids size." She and the male employee both seemed severely inconvenienced by having customers. If not for the steady stream of unwitting tourists, I can't imagine how this place could continue to stay in business. Yuck! I will never go back. Who wants to be scolded while ordering overpriced ice cream? What a lousy establishment. I hope that the next time I am on a road trip, this place will be long gone.

The sandwiches were tasty but small and expensive. The lack of a bathroom for a sit down restaurant that charges $40 for 2 sandwiches is ridicules even for a tourist town.

The deli at the Point Reyes Station offered limited options and mediocre quality. Since other restaurants were closed on Monday, I stopped there by default but was unimpressed by the basic sandwich selections and lackluster toppings. I personally appreciate a deli that offers creative bread choices and sandwich combinations, but this spot mainly offered standard meats like ham, turkey, or roast beef with regular lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I ordered the ham and pesto sandwich, but it contained such a scant amount of pesto that it barely qualified for the name. The pizza slices on display also looked flat and unappetizing. While this deli could suffice for a quick, average sandwich on the road or picnic, there are likely better options within walking distance if time allows.

We live in Novato and drive past this place frequently on our way to Point Reyes. It looks cool from the outside so we stopped in last week for lunch. Big mistake. The guy at the counter was extremely rude, acting like it was an imposition that we were in the restaurant and he had to take our order. The crab cake sandwiches were overpriced and terrible. The "crab" cakes were mostly bread and soggy. Oh and they don't have a bathroom for you to use. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Like most other reviewers, I had a similar opinion. Sandwiches are way overpriced for what you get. $40 for 2 sandwiches when they are using store bought bread and cold cuts is very poor value. Also, we were the only ones there, and it still took quite a while to make 2 sandwiches. Bare, depressing shelves and refrigerators, most items on the shelves were simply bulk boxed items from Costco. The sandwiches weren't bad, but it's a very bad value and not anything you couldn't make at home. I can't recommend this deli unless there's nowhere else to go, or long lines elsewhere.

$16 for a sandwich that looks like it would be served at a school lunch. Bare minimum ingredients (a single piece of lettuce on a veggie sandwich) and store sliced bread. We asked for ours to be put on a roll and the cashier told us they were out of rolls. However he let a family that ordered after us get all of theirs on rolls? No bathrooms, no trash cans inside, tables are greasy and dirty, drinks and chips are nearly an extra $10. This place makes Subway look like a luxury establishment.

Got the crab cake sandwich. The cakes were more of a crab stuffing. Service was average. The ambiance was rural with a lazily put together floor plan. Add a tiny bag of chips and canes diet coke $23.81. So the value proposition is weak.

Like others have stated, avoid this place and go somewhere else in Pt Reyes Station. Paid $15.50 for a veggie sandwich that should have been $6 with how small it was. Service was slow and unattentive.

Price gouging, $20 sandwich?!?

They microwaved my $20 tri tip sandwich, I think that speaks for itself but Yelp requires more info. So... look over the counter and you'll find the produce and condiments are low end costco products.
