Would put 0 stars if possible. We are on a "pre pay" program.Paid for 100 gallons in advance and were told to wait 3 weeks for their driver, in the middle of winter. Now we are being told we owe over $1,000 because THEIR driver filled the whole tank and is "not responsible".Anytime you call the office you get ignored or sent to an answering service.Do yourself and your family a favor and use literally any other provider.Have been back and forth with "Roxanne" in their office all week and will terminate services effective immediately.

This company has been so incredibly frustrating. Other than outrageously priced I’m supposed to be on automatic refills and I’m on my third empty tank and an answering service that says they’ll send them a message and nobody calls you back 24+ hours in a freezing cold house with no hot water I still have no one calling me back …their website says you have a pending delivery in the next few days when I should be automatically refilled with my tank is low. This keeps happening over and over and I can’t get anyone to call me back. The answering service doesn’t help with any type of delivery service. They only “leave them a message “.

The staff have been friendly, but we have run out of propane twice in the middle of winter due to their poor scheduling. It takes them weeks to come out once the request is put in and using automatic refills is no better. So, we end up without gas for days. This has happened both times in the 6 months we’ve had Campora.

When ever I call in, they are very professional and when I was out of propane, I may my call, they came to my house the same day. so I'm going to give them four stars

Customers Beware! This company has been going down hill for the last 2 years. missed deliveries, forgotten deliveries, not answering phones, not being truthful about when delivery will happen. Been 10 days now with no call back, no estimated date, almost out now with only source of heat! This is not the first, second or even third time this company has failed its customers. The roads are clear, no valid reason for this poor treatment of customers! Pick another company or stress will follow.

Would give zero stars if able to worst company ever. This is the second winter that we are left without propane because they can't get trucks out of the yard in pollock pines. Why they don't better prepare is beyond me. Roxanne was not helpful at all could not give me a date when they could come out said she would call and let me know she never did I had to keep calling. It's always they don't have enough drivers or they can't send trucks out due to weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately the propane tank is also camporas and I can't get anyone else to service it although I am looking into just getting an entire new tank from a local company

I legit wish we had removed our campora tank when we moved in and bought elsewhere. They ran our credit for their monthly service and promised they would check the tank and top it off. NEVER HAVE THEY ONCE DONE THIS! Since moving in last year I've had the same convo with a Roxanne every few months when we realize our tank is near empty. Roxanne dishes out massive attitude and I have to deal with Karen at Campora corporate in Gardnerville. Every time it's the same thing and no change. Campora say they "stop by" but my security cameras never see them stop on the date they say nor is our tank topped off. "We believe our drivers" is campora's stance on the matter not the customer. Our tank has been filled up 3 times this year so it's not like we use a lot or need constant refills. We've put in 2 requests over 3 weeks ago and still no response from them. The emergency line is absolute useless and you are at Campora's mercy. They basically told us to wait till the heat calls out and it now classified as an emergency even though we stated we have small children in the home that need to stay warm. It's clear they are trying to get clients to zero and then pay $$$$$$ for a full tank and give zero cares about their actual customers.

Totally out of propane Friday Night so very grateful that Campora (Brian) saved the day filling tank today. While the dogs and I stayed huddled and pretended to be a dog sled team in Alaska it’s very nice to have heat!! Thank You Campora!

Up until about a year ago the service from this company was great. However, they are now inconsistent and unreliable to say the least. My last service was in June 2022. I was good throughout the summer but was expecting someone to come by and service us as usual. However, after calling multiple times in November and December when our tank was almost empty they just kept on telling us that they are having staffing issues and if unless you're down to 5% then you're not a priority. Really?? They finally came out on December 13 When our tank was almost completely empty. Unfortunately, when the driver showed up he backed into our hillside carving out a section of our circular driveway. I called the Pollock Pines office and spoke to a Roxanne who was supposed to get me to the branch manager. Per her request I emailed her my info and no response. No manager ever contacted me back. Called her again and emailed her a couple more times and still no response from any manager. Called the head office in Chicago spoke to a lady there and she referred me to the regional manager.Andy. Left Andy and message and you guessed it no response. These guys are unbelievable and DO NOT Care about you. Do not do business with them!!

Terrible service. The woman who answers the phone is a bully. I called a month ago to get a fill and have been told I have plenty of propane and don't need a fill. I use the propane for heat and a generator. I have no power for more than 24 hours and do not know when it will be restored. I am trying to get set up for the rest of the winter. I called in advance to give them plenty of time to get out here. In my opinion, they are not fulfilling their part of the contract.

I want to preface this by saying that I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with this company was so bad I feel a moral obligation to tell people. If you have literally any other choice I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The service we've received over the years is terrible. The amount they charge us is incredibly high. Worst yet, they do not have ANY sort of emergency refill service. We booked out OVER THREE WEEKS to have our tank filled. Come three weeks later, we were close to empty. Called on a Thursday, told that early the next week we would be filled. Called on Monday, told Tuesday, CALLED ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY and nobody could tell us why we weren't getting out tank filled. We were left without ANY propane to heat house while temperatures outside were below zero. Thankfully, we have an electric water heater. But the inside of our house got to below 50 degrees.Finally... finally on Friday were we so graciously given the propane. Which now the bill is going to be at least $1,000 if not more. They like to upcharge, especially in the winter. :)Once again, I want to stress that we called three weeks in advanced to ensure that this wouldn't happen. I understand being backed up on services. But to leave your customers who have no other choice without propane for 5 DAYS in the dead of winter is disgraceful. We will 100% without a doubt be changing our service provider for propane, I've heard that 49'R is great and has an emergency refill service --- what a concept!
