The Pollock Pines pharmacy has been going downhill in the last 9-10 months. I don't know what's going on up there but they've got this one new snotty girl that can't read accounts, and excuse after excuse of why prescriptions aren't being filled. Has the nerve to tell me to call 30 minutes in advance before arriving to be sure my monthly meds are filled, when I had already called 24 hours in advance! They used to be great... not anymore.

There was a TON of fraud during COVID. So now, apparently, when you try to return an item (which I rarely do) CVS and other stores return the money to your debit card, even with a receipt and the item you want to return. Well, it has been three days (a week end) and the money is still not returned to my card. It's another of many chores for me to check my on line account, and call CVS to find out what is going on due to the fraud committed by others (friendly fraud). But my complaint is that I have been unable to get accurate information from the employees. At first I was told the money would be returned immediately (this was about 3:30 on a Friday). By Saturday it was not returned to the card and I was told 24-48 hours. The employee said if it was not returned it was the bank's issue and her exact words were "it happens ALL the time." So, CVS is apparently aware this is an issue and a problem. They take the money off the card immediately and yet here it is three days later (Sunday- 48 hours later) and the money is still not returned. So I call CVS and I get a new story- "it's the week end so it may take longer." Well what exactly is the correct information??? So now I will wait until Monday and see if the funds are returned. All because of friendly fraud, and this is not the first incident unrelated to CVS that the burden is on me to get money back owed to me due to criminal fraud I have not committed.

For the lady with the short curly hair that finally came up to the front after we stood around waiting and seeing no other workers besides the pharmacy, I sure hope that with your lack of willingness to help that cvs will not continue to lose customers and go out of business. To stand there and argue with me over returning an item through ups which I have done plenty of times before at this location. Your lack of willingness to even try was enough for me to never shop there again.

All these women work hard and are always super helpful!!I've been a customer here for over 20 years and ALL THE WOMEN that work here, now in 2020, are the best this location has ever had in ALL OF THOSE YEARS!I hate to sou d sexiest, but the men at this location have never been helpful at all.What they have going on there now is PERFECT!
