I have had problems with my prescriptions every single time I've gone in over the past 6+ months. This pharmacy constantly says they didn't get the prescription, they lost the prescription, they need the doctor to call them back, they don't have them in stock... Some of the associates are also very rude, which only adds to the frustration of running out of medication because the pharmacy screwed up.It's worthwhile to drive an extra 15 minutes to Placerville to pick up prescriptions there.

Every single time we go to pick up prescriptions, there is a problem. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have never had this happen at any other pharmacy, ever. I understand the staff being overwhelmed, but half of them don't seem to know what they are doing.

My Dr called me in some pain pills and the pharmacist had to flex his power and deny them because he didn't feel I took all prescribed medicine. What a big weenie. A little power sure goes to their heads.

It's not the individual stores, buT rather the $5.00 A MONTH FEE FOR BEING A REWARDS CLUB MEMBER. I signed up and my first bankstatment showed a charge for $10. I called and after a number of transfers on the phone, the extra charge was removed. Meanwhile, I called to cancel the remaining membership and was told they'd take care of it. Six months later I am still being charged.so I called again and someone with broken English offered a confusing promise to take of it at this writing the account is still alive and taking $5 every month. Warning:do not sign up for extra care rewards!

There was a TON of fraud during COVID. So now, apparently, when you try to return an item (which I rarely do) CVS and other stores return the money to your debit card, even with a receipt and the item you want to return. Well, it has been three days (a week end) and the money is still not returned to my card. It's another of many chores for me to check my on line account, and call CVS to find out what is going on due to the fraud committed by others (friendly fraud). But my complaint is that I have been unable to get accurate information from the employees. At first I was told the money would be returned immediately (this was about 3:30 on a Friday). By Saturday it was not returned to the card and I was told 24-48 hours. The employee said if it was not returned it was the bank's issue and her exact words were "it happens ALL the time." So, CVS is apparently aware this is an issue and a problem. They take the money off the card immediately and yet here it is three days later (Sunday- 48 hours later) and the money is still not returned. So I call CVS and I get a new story- "it's the week end so it may take longer." Well what exactly is the correct information??? So now I will wait until Monday and see if the funds are returned. All because of friendly fraud, and this is not the first incident unrelated to CVS that the burden is on me to get money back owed to me due to criminal fraud I have not committed.

The pharmacists have terrible customer service, zero empathy, plus I bought a coca cola and some chips and the prices were so outrageous I might as well have filled up my gas tank instead.Regardless, the lack of professionalism is appalling. Picking up medication should not be as humiliating as these people make it out to be.

Horrible!!! Would not give me my script. After multiple calls back and forth with my doctor, the worker at the pharmacy finally realized that they had entered something wrong in the system and were being rude to me for an error on THEIR end. Then, the pharmacist must have SOMEHOW not put the lid on the bottle correctly and my medication spilled on the counter!! The worker then used her BARE hand to pick up the medication and put it back in the bottle!!!!! INSANE!!!! Will be reporting this incident. SUCH a health and safety violation!!!!
