Excellent place for a vacation stay. Everyone is really nice. Got a 4night 5day stay for for watching a 1hr sales pitch. (Which is a very good deal). No pressure. Very nice camp sites. Lots to do.Nearby activities: Hot tub, Ghost town, diner, saloon, lake, hiking, horseback riding, live. Music, parties, games. You name it, they got it. Something for everyone.

Awesome rv campground with full hookups, bbq and picnic table. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a small fishing pod (for kids mostly) and its close to placerville if you like to go to apple hill or whatever. Plus they had karaoke friday night and a live band on Saturday night. Its a members only campground and the only really downside was no wood burning or fires allowed. Overall great place to get away for a few days

tried taking advantage of their free 4-day stay and instead after I spent one night there and wasn't real interested in buying a membership they said there was a problem with their parents company had failed to issue me a reservation and asked me to immediately leave my assigned space, but then I wasn't able make the turnback onto their skimpy asphalt pathway due to space 53's exit turn being blocking me from making the turn. No apologies or damages offered, but allowed me to tow my RV into their overflow backup camping spot, that being nothing but their off site, gravel football sized lot, which the travel co I chkd for this Ranch's reviews, so all I can say is run and run fast elsewhere.

It was beautiful in the hills. Each of the RV sites were tiered. The upper restrooms near the pool were nice. The lower ones by the laundry room left a lot to be desired. Lot's of activities for kids and adults both.

The resort was rustic but clean. Yes, although the roads within the resort are nicely pave , the sites are relatively level with mainly dirt and some gravel. But I expected a mountain camping experience with the whole Wild West feel. The restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly. We had great weather and enjoyed walking around the resort. The dog park was clean, but not ideal. My spoiled dog likes grass over gravel. The pond and fountain was nice and lit up at night. The heated pool and surrounding area was very well maintained. Some reviews I read prior to our visit worried me, but I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff and the overall cleanliness. I'm looking forward to our next trip to Ghost Mountain.

We had a great time , friendly staff , all the campers very friendly , clean facilities. My only negative is how close the spots are to one another. But not bad enough to change the rating. We will be going back next month .

The staff was friendly and helpful. Power went out while we were there. I understand this happens quite often. No internet or cable. No sewer and it took a long time leaving to get our tank cleaned out. The honey wagon is supposed to come through on Monday but we did not see it before we left at 10:00AM. No whitewater rafting or horse rides as advertised. The ice cream shop was cute. It is a good walk to Ghost Town from our camping spot. You also have to bring cash. The kids enjoyed the Critter Club. The lady running the club would set out new activities for the kids each morning. The pool area is really nice and the pool is heated. It rained most of the weekend and not much to do but we took the short drive to Placerville and that was nice. This is a timeshare campground. We went through the sales pitch and did not feel pressured at all. We did not join. The current members were not ideal for our family, but we also met some very nice people. The police were there twice over the weekend. During the sales pitch we were told that they didn't let just anyone become a member but I would not agree with that. All in all, we had a good weekend, but we will probably not be back.

First off drove 4 hours to come here, when I arrived I was told there was no available camp sites for my trailer, I ended up staying in a parking lot on the edge of the camp ground, the manager was non existent the whole time I was here, the website say stocked lake that's a joke, and camp sites are on top of each other, had an appointment to buy into their resort but was told I had to stay an additional 2 days in order to get all the gifts that were promised. Then when a spot opened for me the manager instantly gave it away. My 5th wheel is 36 feet roads in are super tight and they only have 2 camp spots feasible for something that big. A lot of the facility's are worn out and we lost power the first few days, I suggest just hit a KOA you'll be much happier with out all the extra drama

We’re having the most fun we’ve ever had so far since All the staff made us feel so special by a grandmother’s grandson and John’s son named Adam who got a tent ?️ with his own money after a 1st young man, Jake Davis signed us up to get our resort membership! “Kudos” for Stacey, the 25 years General Sales Manager & Jenna and Jennifer who arranged a 14 day stay at Ghost Mountain ?️ Resort to taste Miss Annie’s Snacks & Miss Kitty’s ice cream treats!???My only complaint are those small roads that were so in need of repairs, but other than that, it was great!
