This is a Great place to do laundry. All new machines. Very clean facility. The owner and her daughter are both very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend doing your laundry here.

This is by far the CLEANEST laundromat I've EVER been to! The lady here is the friendliest and nicest person I've ever met at a laundromat as well! She really takes pride in her work and she is so wonderful! I can't say enough good things about her and how clean she keeps this place!
Highly recommend this place if you're traveling like us and need a place to wash our clothes!
I mean, she even keeps the bathroom SPOTLESS and I'm usually very weary of public bathrooms!
I just can't say enough good things about the employee and this place!
As if I couldn't love this place even more, they go and provide a very clean free coffee station! Much needed pick me up and appreciated too!

I was very excited to receive this service with Heartsong. I. had the manager call me and say that they couldn't service me anymore for some reason that did not make sense. So, do not rely on Heartsong as your laundry service. They take forever to pick up your laundry. They take forever to drop it off. There's always an issue. It seems. Bad place.
It took a week to pick up laundry.
It ok over a week to drop it off.
Second time it's taken 2 weeks to receive my laundry back and I've been wearing the same dress for over a week now washing it in a tub.
I have had no towels or rags to clean because they are so unreliable.
Please do not go here. They pick and choose their customers and it's not fair at all.

Our non-profit has used HeartSong for over a year on a weekly basis to do commercial laundry for us. The team is so professional and kind and their service is truly exceptional. They have anticipated and met all of our needs and their prices are very reasonable-even for our non-profit! Our laundry is always pristine and smells amazing-our guests compliment us frequently. Met the owner as I was loading up and let me tell you. She’s very welcoming and nice. She’ll chat it up with you to make the time go by and I will definitely come back again. 10/10 place is very clean and organized.

I have a beef with the owners not the laundry itself. They refused service to homeless people in the area even though God's Word says to care for the widows and the poor. They placed a 'We gave the right to refuse service to anyone' sign in their establishment even though they have that right, sign or not. Now, I'd like to ask the older woman who owns the place, "would Jesus put up a sign like that, would Jesus refuse to do their laundry?" She even looked me in the eye and told me how much she loved Jesus. I wont judge your heart but I will judge your actions. "By their fruits you shall know them." I know for a fact that by your treatment of a particular woman she turned her face away from God. In God's eyes she's no less than you. You people should sit in judgment of yourselves. Shame on you and the rest of Pollock Pines for treating those people so horribly but especially you because of your claims of Christianity. There is a verse concerning millstones you should familiarize yourself with. I will still continue to pray for you because God's Word tells us to do that as well.
