Made false claims about games I was about to purchase, had my suspicion that I was being told misinformation and after a quick google search turns out my suspicions were true. Wasted gas and an hour and half for nothing. Please come in here knowing your stuff. Pretty cool place regardless!Edit: Said the batteries in the GBA games were for the save files only. Also said they replaced the batteries on the cartridges. I only asked for a discount because I spent time and money going there. Would have been happy to walk out if they had been honest from the start. Not good business practice in my opinion.

An eclectic and fun place. Not sure how one reviewer said the staff is unfriendly - they spent a good amount of time talking with me even though I warned them I wasn't a gamer and was just curious. I'd send any video game fan here. They also stock comics, which is more up my alley, and it's an interesting if small selection.

Poor service and experience asked for a game and the guy at the desk game me a weird look like i didnt know what I was talking about, hardly have games worth purchasing. I wont be recommending this place to friends and family. Instagram really helps these businesses out. I can't support a bad business.

Got some good DS games and accessories here, dude was friendly and even helped another local business by recommending some anime stuff nearby, great store.

Very unprofessional - sent multiple texts at 9pm on a Sunday to mention order cancellation, rather than just doing it via email. Then rapid fired 5 texts about how much they didn't care in response to me conveying disappointment that a $70 purchase was unfulfilled, all the while plugging their social media

Pretty Good Business! They've got a good set of cards and games, with the problems being somewhat dismissible. This is a great place to go and get cards, with them rarely being overpriced. Coming here time and time again for Yugioh cards, they're pretty chill

Its usually a hit or miss when buying games and consoles here. It is rather interesting this place receives on average a 4-5 star rating. At times games and products wont function as well as they should, do to the scratches on game discs. when asked for assistance in fixing these scratches on their own game products; a $5 dollar fee is required to fix their own products; of which still don't work as well.An N64 was purchased from this store and it had to be traded in for another one, do to all the remote ports being busted.making trades here isn't the best way to go. One can often find themself not getting the best deals for their trade ins. Feeling rather let down, believing that staff is taking advantage of uniformed clientele.5 GBA games were traded in along with one Xbox 360 game. This trade was met with $5 for all 5 Gameboy Advance games and 1 dollar store credit for the 360 game. This trade in did feel rather dissatisfying by the least.Another time a Sega Genesis with remotes and two games was purchased. When returning home with the products their was instant dissatisfaction with the purchase. For one, one of the games labels was coming off as it was being held together in a plastic package. At first glance the game looks like it was preserved well. But once the game was taken out of the loose plastic covering, the label began to droop downward. Next problem had to do with the Antenna AV video port of course did not work. Though the console would turn on, the video composet did not display any video, but a black soundless screen.Had to get one of those Sega Genesis consoles with the built Sega games had to be purchased through a pawn shop just to get somewhat of an original experience. Last problem the remotes that were bought at the store were janky and did not respond as well when pushing buttons. The D pad on one of the remotes did not work well. While the second remote had buttons that were either delayed or unable to read. It's better to go Somewhere that Will give you the same respect and dignity one deserves when making game purchases. It is in best wishes this place finds a way to improve.
