It's a good place to stay in a well gated community near to Western U. The staff and management is overall satisfactory and the community here is more or less calm. Also the views are very refreshing all around.

Would give zero stars if I could. The laundry rooms were unsafe, dirty, and often occupied by people who did not even live in the complex. People smoked on the landings and my unit constantly smelled like smoke despite being strictly nonsmoking. I had to call the police several times during the year I lived there due to overhearing serious domestic disputes. My apartment was broken into while I lived there and the leasing office was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. There was very limited parking inside the complex and my license plates were stolen off of my vehicle while parking on the street outside of the complex. They kept my entire security deposit despite me steam cleaning the carpets and leaving the apartment cleaner than I received it. Now, 18 months after I moved out, I randomly received a notice that I am being sent to collections without any prior notices/attempts to reach me. Avoid this place at all costs.Update: After numerous phone calls to the apartment complex, Greystar Receivables, and the collections agency, I learned that the debt that was sent to collections was for my last month's utilities even though I was told at the time of move out that my security deposit should cover my last month's utilities. 777 Place/Sienna NEVER reached out regarding the bill even though I provided them with my mailing address. After requesting my resident ledger, I learned that they sold the debt to a collections agency 10 days after I moved out. This place is a total scam. AVOID!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Office is pretty much useless, they dont help you with anything. Also a lot of stealing of items including laundry and packages. Very noisy and lots of disturbance. Will be moving ASAP once my lease ends! Give - infinity stars if I could. I am a student, so if you especially are one too, dont even think about moving here. Your welcome!

I do not recommend this place to anyone, a very bad experience from the office workers who lack professionalism, also in this place. They stole 2 cars from inside the condominium but what else to expect if the laundry clothes were also stolen several times occasions

**READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THESE APARTMENTS- HOMELESS, NEIGHBORS FLOOD APARTMENT, CAR GOT STOLEN FROM PARKING LOT**Leasing office/staff- The only reason they are getting stars is because of some of the staff and maintenance team. When I first leased the apartment, Nikki was really helpful in getting me a 1bd/ba and the maintenance team was very helpful as well if I needed something fixed, they were on time. However, some of the girls in the leasing office were not as helpful. One I can point out is Tamira. When you tell a complaint to her, her tone on the phone seems like it is just going through one ear out the other. My neighbor had the same experience through the phone too. Completely seems like she disregards everything. Also, when trying to get a hold of corporate it is SUCH a hassle-always get sent to voicemail and takes days for response. The Unit-Even if you do consider these apartments, make sure you get an apartment tour. I wasn't able to tour mine because apparently it was being cleaned up until the day I moved in. Nikki still showed me pictures so I at least was able to get an idea of the unit but honestly wish I toured. There were a few flaws in the apartments that I made sure to write down and take pics of. (Dent in the stove, the closets needed patching up, scratch marks on the floor or doors). Where my unit is located, no sun hits and eventually I learned that I did not like it because no natural sunlight comes through. the upstairs unit had central A/C, I had two large A/C units in front of me. One in front of the bedroom and right across it was another one that sat in front of the living room. Seldom would I have the windows open for a long time because once those units started running, it was LOUD. You can't hear the TV and my sleep would be ruined. The Neighbors-I have complained a lot of times about a couple neighbors both for their shouting in the middle of the night. One was super loud, shouting in the middle of the night and even through the day, the cops would come and check on them multiple times, I would complain but I'm sure the apartments never cared. A more recent couple moved in, they would literally fight outside of the apartment so I would hear them in the middle of the night screaming. I've complained about them including one day someone broke their window and the glass shattered and it was all over my unit on the ground floor. Should I add that one day I heard police knocking on their door, and when they left the police were carrying assault rifles?? Also, not a lot of clean neighbors. There are a lot of dog owners here. The apartments leave p*** bags around larger grass areas but it seems like no one ever uses them because there is p*** EVERYWHERE. People use the dumpsters to throw away their furniture and also it doesn't seem like they know where the actual dumpster is. They would leave their trash bags next to it. There are two dumpsters located in one area but people only fill the dumpster closest to the entryway. Laundry Room-Trust me when I say this, I made sure that my next apartment has its own W/D in the unit and not one that the community shares. They upgraded their washer and dryers within a few months but it still sucks. The machines would break down, leak, not finish the job and I would always have to put work orders in. You have to go in at early morning or later at night because people will hog the machines. Their laundry will be done but they won't come in right away to claim their clothes or put in the dryer so I'm left having to go to a further laundry unit. People are very inconsiderate too. They will leave their bleach or laundry detergent powder inside the compartment, make sure to check the washer liner because there is some nasty stuff in there and maybe a ton of dog hair. My laundry basket got stolen, maybe my fault for leaving it in there but also why are people stealing from their own neighbors? **A week before I moved out- I had my clothes in the washer, went to go put them in the dryer on the way over to the W/D facility I saw

A professionally managed apartment complex. The staff are friendly and down to earth. The apartments are equipped with electric stoves and ovens. For you cigarette smokers:There is absolutely no smoking on the entire grounds. You must walk out to the street to smoke. They combine the electric, water, and trash bills for the entire complex, then divide it by the number of tenants. The product is what you pay every month. I don't think that is quite fair. What1 if I am a conservation minded person and keep my electricity usage to a minimum. My neighbor has all of his lights on 24 hours a day and his stereo and all of his other electronics, t.v.'s, etc. I would be forced to partially fund my neighbor's glutinous consumption of utilities. Patently unfair.Other than those issues, the place is centrally located near downtown pomona, easy access to all the amenities. The rooms are about on par with industry standards. All in all, a very nice place to live. Too pricey for my budget. However, my friend seems to be happy there.

I don't know who the haters are, but my experience here has been wonderful! The place looks like a hotel when you come in, and the apartments are large, comfortable and very close to where I work. The management is responsive, picks up the phone and provides written price list that is lower than any place else with equivalent service.I looked at Monterey Station and The Gabriel before deciding on this place, and here are my pros and cons list that I have included for all 3 places on their reviews.777 PLACE:Pros: : Larger units than anywhere else, on-site laundry, responsive staff who answer the phone, prompt maintenance, security gated complex so transients can't just walk in and lowest price than any of the others by a lot! Great value for the money and they have a tired system of rent due to being awarded some government funding that allows them to keep rent low. My one bedroom is about $1,400 month because I make less than $50K year. This is not low-income housing, it's just some extra funding they have. My neighbor pays over $1,600 for same unit due to income level. I think this is a benefit to get a discount and I did not need a guarantor.Cons: Parking spot is not guaranteed so you have to reserve early and unless you are able to reserve at time of lease signing, you may not get one at all! I am still waiting, but looks promisingMONTEREY STATIONPros: Awesome units at a fair price, great vibe with grand entrance, parking included, fast internet speed, lots of community engagement and activities so you can make friends, gated and secure parking and units. They have a club room that looked like fun with a lot of the tenants hanging out and becoming friends. The vibe is lively, friendly and tenant community.Cons: The two guys who manage the front desk are not responsive and literally no one answers the phone if you call. Have to walk in to get a question answered and I am shocked at the lack of management oversight. One bedroom units hardly ever available and low chances of moving up on wait-list so don't hold your breath. Move on...THE GABRIEL:Pros: The building is brand new, so of course it looks nice! The location would be considered a plus if it were not for the train tracks right next door with horn blaring all day and the massive construction project in progress right next door with drills, heavy equipment noise and general chaos all around.Cons: This list is long! I was excited about this place until I visited a friend that lives there and heard all his complaints with ever changing rates, terms and conditions not shared on their website or in writing anywhere. They simply can change their minds about anything so be warned. their website says 11, 12 and 13 month lease yet when I called, I was told 13 month lease only! Their specials claim free month rent and move-in bonus but I was told it's only for 4th floor (the most over-priced) and bonus is only if you agree to lease within 24-hrs of seeing unit! They don't disclose this on website to get people in, hoping they will quickly sign within 24hrs. BEWARE! Shady practiceInternet is slow and not included in rent and they charge lots of extra fee's for butler, gas, water, electric and you have to buy renters insurance on top of all this. The WORST con is that they have one security guy for over 340 units who looks like he can barely walk, much less patrol. No full time security skimping on tenant safety to save money despite theft and auto damage. In general, this place is way overpriced and traffic is always jammed right outside due to constant trains coming all day and construction so don't rely on MAPS time, add like 20 minutes of sitting in your car hardly moving if going towards the 10 fwy. There is not enough guest parking either so good luck if you have a visitor and there is NO security gate at the entrance or exits coming onto property so transients just hang around right outside units.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The worst place to live. They enter your space uninvited and without permission. Its a dirty trap house that always has random transients around trespassing, harassing people, and digging through the trash and leaving a mess, and they do not care about the residents at all just your money. My property has been stolen, the staff are incompetent and rude, and they will tow your car even if you have a parking permit displayed. They tell you one thing and do another. They do not support or help residents in anyway. Whether the water is shut off, no parking, loud noise, etc...we are ALWAYS inconvenienced with insufficient notice. They came into my apartment, tore up my patio space for no reason, destroying my property with no apology AND CHARGED ME $125!!! Then they respond to the reviews as if they care but will not change anything...liars and scammers. Can't say it enough, living here is HELL. I cant wait to move! The staff are incredibly uncaring...not thinking for themselves and only doing what they are told. No one that works here have a brain or heart.

That's where the shoes always go. I'm going to have to buy those booties that you put over your shoes for the people that don't want to take the shoes off!!!! I learned about this on my own but what you should do is after you're done doing whatever you're doing and walking everywhere and doing all everything's all your errands you need to go to your home and get some wipes and wipe the bottom of your shoes and you'll see all the stuff on the dirt on the bottom of your shoes that comes off in your carpet I can walk in here barefooted in my feet are still white on the bottom thank you.

If I could rate 0 I would. Me and my family did a virtual tour, sent it our paystubs and they verified our income . We were supposed to go the very next day with our money order for the apartment and to sign the rest of the papers to move in. 3 hours before our appointment to do so I get an email saying my fiancés paystubs couldn't be verified ? And we can no longer continue the move in process. They def should not have told us they verified our income then later say they couldn't verify it. Or at least wait till they verify the check stubs before telling a family that they can come sign and pay deposit to move. Very unprofessional. Lady was very rude.
