I came in. AAMCO OF POMONAThinking was the transmission and they found out the problem.And they fix it in couple of days. I have my car back. Running smooth knowledge of what they doing. Great experience overall. I'm happy with the work that they did. Of definitely recommended.And they also do.Anything you car needs mechanic work.satisfy with the work so definitely recommended

The actual workers of the pomona branch have been nothing but kind and ernest and are getting a bad rap for the owners actions. The individual who claims to own three of these location, has provided nothing but miscommunication, delay on service, false promises, and denial when confronted. He continously implied that I should be gratefully for what he decide to do for my vehicle after having it for an est of 3 months and chooses to use phase such as " your lucky" and " i didnt have to do even that". He makes these statements after something he decide to do went wrong or when hes just made another promise of work he could not keep. Out of the 13 weeks without a car, due to the owner ordering a faulty part , I was then told by him that if I paid more money and purchased new parts through them we wouldnt have this problem even though intailly he advertised the part i would be purchasing through them was guaranteed good product. . He made it seem like the warranty might not be enforceble when i brought it back after two days whem the first faulty transmission he sold me went out. In week 6 I asked about a rental option, because my commute to work was now beginning to get too expensive, and was told there were no available to me or offered and that it is not there policy to provide any help. I was told on the 11 week I would be accommodated with a rental for five day because my car should be done b4 the return date of the rental . I received my car almost two weeks later from the return date of the rental. Not to mention the 10 weeks prior, where I was told to figure it out. I paid for all servicesOn time and when they asked and after that was treated like a second class citizen. I thought I was going to a professional establishment and assumed because Aamco was in front of the building , I would be met with respect at the door and on the phone for my entire experience.Instead, I was met with a individual that was more focused on tell me how grateful i should be and of the ownership of three stores, than actually answering the phone of the store, or updating me on my car, when meeting the time table you promised is not promised. In addition I advise anyone who does dealings with this individual to either request recording of conversation while speaking to him or do all communications through text . There is a likely chance that if you do not show that you have a record stating it , he will pretend it did not happen. Luckily, I do and really do hope i am reached out to to possibly mediate things. The owner seems to believe that since I'm younger, black, and getting my car serviced in pomona, I must be ignorant and can only resolve my issue with my fist and can be treated in any condition he see fit. That no legal action could be taken and the repracution would just be yelling at an employee that has nothing to do with it. I am proud to say that none of his assumptions will be case. I have no need to yell or be painted as an irrate customer. I am decently educated enough to know if nothing is done to rectify the situation after my formal complaint, other option should be taken. I trully hope something can be done. In my opinion this owner is severely hurting the business. .and treatment was borderline abusive.

This place is a joke. I had $1700 worth of work done on my car on 10/25/22. On of the jobs done was new breaks and rotors done. That alone was almost $600. I had to take the car back to the within 2 months of having the work done. My breaks were still making noises. The gentleman who working it the 2ed time said all my breaks need was some grease and I was sent on my ********* forward to this December 2023, car is grinding and making noises still. I take it to a different place and they show me my rotors are the wrong size for my car and thats the fringing sounds Im hearing. I called AAmco and explained I would bring my car to show them but they will not be working on my car again. AAmcos manager said they will not give me my money back. Im very upset with them.
