I give blood as often as I can. I have universal blood and it can be given to anybody so that's a plus and the people here are so nice.

I went to Redcross yo donate my own blood to myself for my surgery I'm having in 3 weeks. The Redcross does this on Tuesdays. Tuesdays is the day to donate for yourself. Your blood pressure needs to be no higher than 140 over 100 or you will have to make another appt. Good to know.

I'm not sure I would ever donate blood to ARC again. I had a 3:30 Appointment at the following location. March 25th Alderwood Clubhouse 28610 Baxter Road Murrieta, CA 92563 I took off work early and arrived at 3:40 due to traffic and the guy said they only have a 5 minute grace period and couldn't take me and would need to reschedule. Seriously ? This is customer service and caring about people and getting blood to save lives. I took my time off to do a good thing. I had my rapidpass completed that alone would have saved more than the 5 minutes past his deadline that I was. 10 minutes late, not 30. I thought he was joking at first. Don't bother donating to ARC find another place that really cares and appreciates their donors

My 1st time here, my 3rd time donating blood. Today Nicole was my nurse. I love how she explained to me everything, all my questions I asked she answered, now I want to even donate platelet. The service here was fast. If you decide to donate definitely come here. And the music is excellent. The place looks clean. You are treated with care.

So I got introduced to donation centers that actually pay you up to 700$ to donate plasma a while back and that's all I have been doing , I was getting bombarded with calls from the red cross to go in and donate I finally went in with an appointment and this has been the worst experience I've had when it comes to donating , I've been waiting to be called in for almost 45 minutes I'm getting ready to get up and walk out ..... You don't get money from this and the wait is fking ridiculous . Won't ever be back

Is your time important to you? When you make an appointment, do you expect it to be kept? Do you expect to be informed about any delays prior to the established appointment time? If so, don't just walk away from this place, run as if your hair is on fire. This Red Cross outlet is run like a pre-school more than it is a medical facility. SHAME ON YOU RED CROSS! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME

I've been volunteering here for over a year now and every time has been a treat to help Donor's make their donations and support the American red cross. The staff are always super welcoming to volunteers and accommodate any of our needs. I love coming in to help and giving back to our community when I get the chance to. If you have free time come by and make a donation and save some lives!

They're quite a few Red Cross blood donation locations throughout SoCal, however this one is definitely the nicest one I've ever been to. Every Red Cross location I've been to, the staff has been very friendly, welcoming and they do their best to accommodate you while you donate. This location is no exception. Also, the facility and the surrounding area is beautiful - many trees and general greenery - making the donation process that much more enjoyable.

I have to say I was a regular blood donater, I also did plasma and platelets too but due to a bad experience I wasn't going to go back. Here's the experience, It was 3-4 years ago, I walked in, everything was going well until I was helped with a new person, of all my years going there I haven't seen this blonde lady before. I'm not talking about the one with glasses (not the one at the front desk, she's super nice) I'm talking about one of the helpers who take you into the room.Anyways the issue was when she gestured her arms downward, insisting to see if I have any drug injected into my arms. I was shocked.Of all my years going there I have no one asking for that and I've got tattoos. I was obviously stereotyped and discrimated. It was a disappointment and a shame after all those years I've been treated poorly. I will never be back but hey, times may change right now. That person may already be transferring to another place but one mistake costs everything.

Phlebotomists and volunteers are great. But I'm gonna avoid donating whole blood here in the future. It's by far the most stressful building I've ever been in. You donate in a drab multipurpose room.

Very caring and helpful, especially for my first time donating blood. Convenient location and COVID precautions. Highly recommend to support the mission of the American Red Cross organization.
