I came to use the car wash, and the carwash bent my plate two different times and once got pulled over and got a $20 ticket and broke my bumper. Another time, I put $10$ in, and it didn't put credit, so I asked for a refund. The store employees were rude, and the manager actively avoided me even when I took time off to meet for the money back. So overall, the car wash and employees were horrible, and management was even worse. If I could give 0, I would.

I have been to this place 2 time and both times I was very dissatisfied with the service I purchased a car wash I put my code for my car wash car wash broke down before I can start my wash so I was told don't worry my code is still good two days later I went back got in line for my wash put my code in didn't work so talk to one of the employees I was told it's not there fault it didn't work then I was told only the manager can help me with that situation so I had to pay another 11.00 for a car wash since I was blocking the way I will tell anyone I can never do business with this unprofessional people the way I see it if management can't trust there employees to help when things happen to go wrong maybe customers should not trust them.

If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would...because this am/pm needs better staff members. We came here to pump gas and my boyfriend went inside the store and next thing I know, he is being threatened by a female worker all because he wanted to use the restroom. We were about to just walk away after finishing pumping gas but then we were informed by security that the workers had called the police on us so we stayed and waited. But then about 2 minutes later, no one came so WE called the police just to make sure no charges were made on us. The whole thing was just ridiculous...

This is THE WORST AM-PM store ever! I tried to get some.gas. from pump 10 and sonce it didnt dispense any I went inside where the attendant, SANDRA CASTILLO l, charged me $5.35 when I clearly asked fro.$40.00 She asked me to get the $5.35 out of pump 10 an then come back to pay for the rest. The pump didn't dispense any gas. So I came inside the store to let the attendant what happened. She said the they didn't charge anything to my account, but they did. I showed her my bank statement in my cell app. The lady? turned into a total freak, disrespectfull person, called the manager, the manager on the phone was even worse than her, yelled at me for no reason, didnt let me talk, hang up on me, right after told the attendant to call the cops. My austic kid was with me at the moment and thats the reason I decided to.leave the premises so my kid wont get nervous. At he moment I'm writing this review, I haven't get my 5 dollars back, and don't get me wrong, it is not about the money, is about the dignity and the unfairness. Have you ever seen an AM PM store spearing you 5 dollar ever? Neither have I. Just try to avoid this store.

You would think you’re going to come down when you go to this gas station there is nothing but metal heads in front of begging for money and fighting with knifes the employees. I think I met also because they treat their customers very rude the gas pumps pumps for gas from gasoline says it’s giving you the fuel but in reality it’s just pumping air and TNT. This place is a scam. Do not recommend to anybody be aware I am calling the Better Business Bureau on this please I also seen the attendance scratching Their privates and then handling food in money. Very disgusting.

Nice spot next to fast food and Jamba Juice. As of October 10th Reg Gas $5.99 gallon. Great place to stop if looking for a bite to eat and fill up your tank.

NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I SET FOOT IN HERE AGAIN- I cannot believe the way I was treated for trying to walk to the counter to buy a few buzz balls at around 10 pm from Gina.I don't know if it was a power trip she was on or if she was having a bad day or what but there is a tiny sign above the counter where you pay that states' " after 6pm please leave Id with cashier before going to chose alcohol from the store". Well I have never been in this store before, nor have I ever heard such a ridiculous rule. I have never even heard anything close to that rule and had I known about it I would have gladly left my ID WHILE GOING TK SELECT alcohol to drink.But I get to the cashier to with the drinks and she starts to give me attitude followed by "so I can't sell this to you"....I was in shock, it was a honest mistake and one that obviously had nothing to do with me as this rule was put into place to stop theft and I was at the counter about to make a purchase.So long story short.... She then tells me to leave the store and refused to sell me the alcohol.I ask for her manager, first she won't tell me who the manager is and then tells me the managers name is Valarie and she will be there in the morning.I won't avoid this location at all costs.... Homeless people surround the entire location as do people selling drugs and people looking to rob you or your car the second you step away from it.Believe me or don't. Go see for yourself and you will.
