We have been going to this gas station for about 16 years now. The service has always been friendly. Recently, we have been going every Saturday right before work and the employees that worked there treat us like royalty! They have these delicious taquitos that my family loves and they make sure that they have enough for our entire family every Saturday morning! And sometimes if we go during the week, and they may not have any ready, they will put some in the oven real quick and make sure you get them within 10 minutes! Most are cause do not have a lot of hot food ready. But this one does and they really care about their customers! We don't even live in the city of Pomona anymore, but we always go back! We want to send a huge thank you to them.

Car wash is not calibrated well, and the ringer brushes barely skimmed my car. Then they gave me a token for the vacuum (5 free minutes), which was not hooked up. I went inside and asked for a new token and 2 different people refused to give me a token. They said I should have checked. I told them why would I have known your equipment was faulty. After arguing for 3 minutes, I cut my losses and attached it myself cuz I'm tall and have an SUV. I vacuumed up a few Cheerios, after which my five free minutes was up. I want about to pay another 2 dollars. The guy said no manager was there and I could come back Monday. I told him I was never coming back again. Many company employees that made me feel like their faulty equipment was my fault and problem.

Bad customer service dirty store and restrooms always out of service. Pumps are not maintained and never work when you try to pay outside.
