This place is amazing ..great friendly staff. They are so willing to help and explain if you have no idea about any part to a car if you ask.. prices are very reasonable .. they always have great sales.. they make sure you walk out smiling and satisfied.

Josh and Samuel are best of the best! I wouldn't have ever made it back on the road to Colorado with out them both! They were both saving graces in us putting on and fixing an alternator on a car older than I am, and I feel so much safer and confident getting back on the road after them helping us, and guiding us so now we can do this easy peasy next time. I'm not sure what these guys are paid but there's no way it's enough. They went above customer service, above their job duties, treated us like family. Samuel really felt like a dad helping his kids get on the road safely, Josh gave us cold waters and kept checking in on us while we worked in 80 plus degree heat. I've never had service like this in my life it restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Josh and Samuel!!!

I LOVE AUTO ZONE AND THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY REASONS WHY.
THE ASSOCIATE NAMED KEVIN IN YOUR POMONA, CALIFORNIA STORE IS A TRUE ROCKSTAR!!!
THE TOP HALF OF MY OIL CAP BROKE OFF IN MY ENGINE BLOCK. I COULDN'T GET IT OFF, MY FRIEND COULDN'T EITHER. KEVIN CAME OUT TO SEE IF THE CAP HE WAS SELLING ME WAS GOING TO FIT AND SAW THE BROKEN CAP SO HE DECIDED TO HELP ME GET IT OUT.
AFTER BEING PATIENT, USING HIS SMARTS AND HIS BRUT STRENGTH HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE BROKEN PIECE OUT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY DAMAGE TO MY ENGINE.
I WAS SO STRESSED OUT OVER THIS BECAUSE I WAS JUST LAID OFF FROM WORK AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW I WAS GOING TO PAY TO GET THIS FIXED.
I OFFERED HIM $$ AS A TIP AND BECAUSE I WAS SO GRATEFUL HOWEVER HE WAS TOO HUMBLE TO ACCEPT IT.
YOU HAVE AN AMAZING YOUNG MAN WORKING FOR YOU. HE TREATED ME KINDLY, RESPECTFULLY AND HE ACTUALLY HAD FUN GETTING THIS PART OFF.
PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ASSOCIATE. HE IS A GREAT MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM.

This place is really unprofessional Really rude stuff including the manager. I can't understand they have so many places. So many branches and they have to act like that with customer I wouldn't go back to this place again

Drove here from another AutoZone that called and put had put the part on hold for me , when I got there the girl insisted on looking up the part ,says it's the wrong part on hold. get home guess what? she gave me the wrong part.... manager was no help insisting that I should have used the vin number to get the part... it's sad the the biggest AutoZone in the area have a bunch of people that don't know what they are doing. I ended up returning the part at the original AutoZone . they guy at the counter told me that it's. not the first time that they heard of this happening.

The lines are Ridiculously long, 16+ with only two workers, witch the ones in red don't know much. With the Self Checkout you'd think they'd also have self search or self return. If you're in a rush I Do Not recommend this location..

This happened on 11/20/23 between 6:45pm - 8:00pm. So I'm currently working on my car and I needed some O rings. Autozone's website said they were in stock at an Autozone a few miles away from my house. I called to confirm they actually had them in stock since the website isn't always accurate. The first time I called they put me on hold for almost 15 minutes. I assumed they forgot I was on the line so I hung up and called back. When they answered, I told them I was checking to see if they had this part in stock like the website said, the guy put me on hold to check. He came back on the line 5 minutes later and said they do have them. After confirming with the store, I purchased them on Autozone's website and planned to go pick them up. I called a friend to ask for a ride. She picked me up brought me to the store. When I arrived, the employee who looked to be in his early 20s started looking around for the part and eventually said they don't have it. Frustrated, I said that I called them just an hour before coming and that they assured me the part was in stock. The employee called his coworker that I had spoke to an hour ago (I'm guessing his shift had ended already) they went back and forth on the phone for a few minutes. Eventually the guy told me that they don't have to part in stock and that the employee I had spoken to on the phone had looked at the wrong part when he went to confirm they had it. Such absolute fucking incompetence. I did everything I was supposed to do. This wasted my time as well as my friend's time. Not only that, but the repair of my car is at a standstill until I get this part. Also, I already purchased them so I'll have to call the store and see what they plan to do about this. I'm so pissed off.

I ordered a part online took 2 hours for a o-ring to be ready. Had to call twice and get my dad on the phone, to get them to get my part ready. Said it was busy on a Sunday walked in, it was dead quiet in there.
