Very welcoming right as you enter the store. They went out of their way to help as much as they could with our issue. If you’re in the Pomona area I 100% recommend you come to THIS store rather than the new one on Holt st. 5 stars from us.

The technician, Christian R., was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to show us various brands in different price ranges. He helped us with removing and installing the product. He never acted like he was too busy. His patience and friendly tone made the visit really pleasant.
