I've ordered a ton from b2 through the years. There have been some screw ups, but nothing like this. I ordered a tradeshow booth for our company for the biggest tradeshow of the year that is costing us tens of thousands of dollars to be at. They screwed up our order so we won't get it now. All becuase of an email from their department that went to our spam folder. No follow up, no phone call, the message didn't go to our online portal. Just a single email saying there was a problem with the art (which there actually wasn't they were just playing it safe). But that was enough for them. Then I got hung up on by their customer service. They know they are the cheapest in the game so of course they don't care. I've never been so disgusted by a vendor or supplier.-Chase, Silicon Signs

Have used them for years. We ordered an event tent (really overpriced junk) for our own business and unfortunately only used it three times and it’s already broken. We only do one show a year. They’re unwilling to send us a new one even at cost to help out a business that is supported for over 10 years. $950 down the drain. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This place has terrible customer support and they’re not willing to help out anyone.EDIT: They did finally try to help so I will give them that. So we do appreciate that.

My cousin bought some flags and all of them were WRONG colors. Very unprofessional company, they did not fix the issue when they were contacted.

Had a wonderful experience with this company! The customer service was exceptional - fast and efficient. Mario was particularly helpful throughout the process, providing excellent assistance. Everything went smoothly, and the quality of their products is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Ordered $700 worth of C@!p from them. Drove to pick it up, they bring it out and many of the signs had a red streak across the faces. Called - while in the parking lot. They say to "file a claim" Keep in mind they saw it when it printed, they saw it when trimming to size, they saw it when pulling the order. I (while there) said why file a "claim" have someone come out of the building and see for themselves. The answer - "We don't do that."It's never been about quality.

Vehicle magnets fall off. Do not order vehicle magnets from this company. Review updated - customer service replaced the missing magnet.

Their customer service is marginal. Most of the time their products are fine, not great but fine (I hate the quality of their UV printing), but when one needs to file a claim to have something redone because of their internal issues, without a photo of the product that my client already has in hand, they will not allow a reprint on their dime. No worries, but after being a good client for seven years with hardly any issues, they want you to still jump through hoops or they won't work with you as a customer. No picture, no reprint. That's fine, but in my mind that is horrible customer service.

The best in the business! Turnaround times and prices are still unmatched after all these years. Have been working with B2 for almost a decade and don't see myself going anywhere else. Their facility in Pomona is great with ample parking. They now do a QR code for pick up and it's so efficient. You scan the QR code at the door and team member brings out your order. This was something they implemented during the pandemic and it looks like its here to stay.

My graphic designer got me a standup banner from this company and one of the poles broke. I asked to buy a replacement, and the company said they can't sell just a pole. So, my choices are spend $300 for a new banner or junk the perfectly good banner and do without. No customer service.

I lost my confidence on this company, this is the second job they mess up for me, their customer service is getting worst by the minute not to mentioned the way they handle their claims. It looks like this company is moving to a point they only care about quantity not quality . On the last order we had some lager banners done and the RF seem started coming loose, poor job on the seem now we're in situating running out of time to meet our deadline to install and they will take 24 hours to look in to the matter to decide if they will take resistibility

The quality is great end to end sometimes shipping shakes things around too much and beats the boxes up but it's not their fault as much as it is the shipping company.

Worst customer service out of the hundreds of companies I order from for a sign business. Nice product if you can get it shipped to you undamaged. We keep having problems with the items not being packed properly and coming broken. Mainly feather flag hardware. Don't bother emailing the info@b2 email like the website tells you to because they will just make you re-enter all of the same info into a "claim" form. You will waste more of your time trying to remedy an issue than they waste of theirs. Sure, they may eventually replace your product that was broken, but they can't compensate for the time that continually gets wasted. Over the years, they've been un-flexible when it comes to customer service and we don't enjoy working with them, but tolerated it because the product was good, but in the last year - since 2021 the product (arriving damaged) and service has gone down hill. There are lots of other companies for hardware out there.
