manager their is really mean he tells me i have to spend atleast 3$ to use the rewards i tried calling cooperate many times did not work he also doesent let me scan my rewards for the points and tells me i cant sit in the places i want to theirs also a lot of violence i would never think that i have my life at risk for ordering food theirs been fights life threats and many arguments over their i never could thing a fast food place could be ghetto

We ordered our food but forgot to order a PIE so we wanted to add that to our order because it doesn’t require cooking or nothing. They’re literally cold right out of the fridge so before we could even order it right away the guy at the window was like “we’re not taking anymore orders. We have a line” in a rude tone & regardless it took over 3 minutes to get our food at the window so I don’t understand why it was such a big issue to charge a damn PIE. He also had another employee hand us our food because he didn’t wanna deal with us when he was outright just rude & for no reason. These are the same people crying about wanting to be with paid $20 an hour but complain about doing their jobs. Won’t be returning to this location.

BK is the best when it comes down to burgers. They are fresh, cooked for me, not warmed over. Sameies are decent too.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Rude employees and unsanitary at that!!!! Two different pair of hands with no gloves! after touching the register and ten different things, proceeded to grab and pass and make my food. Absolutely disgusting and the price is most definitely not worth it and horrible atmosphere at that. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. If I could put no stars I would and not sure how these females got hired but obviously fast food isn’t the job for you with how miserable you are taking each customer.

Shouldn't receive a star place is run down can't see in the windows employees rude and so is management. If it wasn't for DPSS across the street wouldn't stay open.

Very bad service they gave me my order wrong when I got home I checked and all my order was wrong I had to go back to the Burger King restaurant to have them change my order since my order was big and I came back only to be insulted yelling at me stupid and ridiculous banging the window since it was by drive tru aggressively pulled my dad's bags and when we left he told us stupid I asked to speak to the manager and worst of all he was the manager of the night shift I went around 8 o'clock oh 9 at night I was so outraged about this and I couldn't complain to anyone about what happened because the customer service doesn't answer and I couldn't talk to a Burger King agent so the manager continues as if nothing had been there working getting away with this It's outrageous. I don't recommend this place.

The food portions are a lot smaller I noticed I ordered onion rings and they needed 2 b cooked longer I needed ice and was able to get it with no problems everyone seems helpful I had a very pleasant experience here I would go back anytime the only down fall is they only accept ebt inside and only til 8pm that's the only part I didnt like especially bc their machine is portable!!

Very disgusting ? place. Ii took my kids to eat and my son's burger had a hair on the meat. I try to talk to the people working there but I had no success . Definitely not going back
