Warning to others — Dishonest and incomplete repairs on our 2023 Pacifica
We brought our 2023 Pacifica Hybrid to Caliber Collision in Pomona after it was rear-ended. From the beginning, the quality of their work was poor and dishonest. They billed for work they didn’t complete — including failing to fix the muffler, improperly reinstalling the carpet, and attempting to pull dents instead of replacing damaged panels. Their shortcuts made the damage worse.
Even worse, when the back hatch door repeatedly went out of alignment, they falsely claimed we must have been hit again — a lie — just to void the warranty. Another repair facility inspected the car and documented hundreds of issues showing Caliber’s negligence and deception. Even a specialist sent by our insurance agreed that Caliber failed to do the job they were paid for.
We are seniors and feel taken advantage of. There is extensive photo evidence and are pursuing formal complaints. I would strongly warn anyone considering Caliber Collision -- Pomona location — to think twice.

The people here at Caliber Colision are the best!! They keep you up to date with how the work is going and answer any questions you have and are always very kind and polite. When I got my car back, early, it was like nothing ever happened to my car!!! They handled everything with my insurance all I had to do was pay my deductible all other communication with the insurance went straight through them. It's been a couple of weeks since I got my car back and haven't had a single probelm!!!
