Don’t waste your time coming here and support these owners and workers they have bad attitude and look at you weird when you ask questions. I’m new to doing nails and asked what’s the best nail kit and they offered me one of their brand for $60. It was horrible she even called her “boss” to give me a good deal so they clearly took advantage of me because I was new and didn’t know much at that time. The second time I went she looked embarrassed or something like she knew what she did. But I should have done more research on my own so I wouldn’t get played. They don’t have the prices out so you literally have to ask for prices for everything which is annoying and uncomfortable asking them not wanting to help. They have a lot of tendy brands but the customer service is not worth it and it’s expensive! Only went there 2-3 times and not going again. Why work there when you can’t do your job as customer service im surprised they’re still open smh.

So many brands, so many choices. It's a little difficult to navigate this store as there is just so much in this tiny place, but whoever is working has always been very helpful. My favorite brand is Kiara Sky and City Nails has so many of their products.

They have a good variety but their prices are way too high. Their dnd polishes are $12 and I get them for $5 at my other supplier in Rosemead. Everything was at least 30% higher. Good if you’re in a pinch but if you’re doing big shopping there’s cheaper places for same brands

i come here pretty often because it's the only nail supply store near my area. i never had any complaints about this place until i came last week. this young girl with braces (definitely in her early 20s) was so rude. im just walking around the store & i was minding my own business & when i pick up an item, she walks up to me & says "do you need help?" & i said "no thank you, i was just looking." tell me why she stays where she is, starts staring at me & is waiting for me to be done. i ask her for a price & she replies in the most snobby attitude. you can clearly tell she didnt want me in the store. i was near the register but i was still looking around & she said "are you done???" at this point, i didnt want to spend anymore time in there so i just said yes. i understand people have bad days but you can just tell she doesnt like people & her job. i work in retail as well so i get it can get stressful but I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE & I WASNT GIVING ANYONE A HARD TIME. that girl really needs to work on her customer service because out of the many times ive been here, ive never received such terrible service.

I have been to this spot many times and have never had an issue. I went in today and bought five items: one pack of stickers, one brush, a five pack of dotting pens, a box with 3 nail files and 4 buffers, and a roll of 300 acrylic nail forms. I spent $39. I looked over my receipt since I felt like I had spent too much on the items I bought. I was charged: $7.99, $1.99, $4.99, $8.99, and $12. The only item that I was given a price on was the acrylic nail forms which was $12. I did not get a price on anything else nor were there any price stickers on the items. For what I got, I believe I was over charged. I called the store to see if I was able to get a refund or at least store credit. I was told no, and they would only take the items back if they were damaged. Do the prices seem fair or am I over thinking?

My sister and I have been loyal clients to this place for couple years as of today I will not be returning back to this location. I understand as humans we have bad days, but learn to treat your clients with respect. At the end of the day I am not walking to your store to ask for free things I am There to purchase, the bare minimal is to be treated with respect. It made me so frustrated to see the young girl and the men who where "helping" around the store acting rude and annoyed toward my sister and I. It's really hard to ask for help when in return attitude is what's given.

This is absolutely my favorite go to nail supply store they have absolutely everything your looking for and a lot of different brands to choose from the service provided is everything so nice and very very helpful definitely a place every nail artist needs to check out ?

I am a regular customer since I live in the area, but lately they have not been on time at all. It says that they open at 9:00 AM and they're usually open at 9:00 AM on the door says 9:00 AM and then when you look online it says 10:00 AM? What is the real time? Some of the workers know nothing about nails, I purposely ask questions regarding the gel X system and they knew nothing. I love the store and the items but sometimes it's too unprofessional to handle.

This is my favorite nail supply store because they always make me feel so welcomed and always have good prices and deals! They are always updated with the nail trends and have everything any nail tech needs, wants, or could think of! Shout out to Gris for being such a nice person with a great personality, always helping and caring for her clients! I will keep coming here and would 100% recommend this nail supply store to all my nail techs !

I was looking for nails polish clear coat and the lady who served me has an attitude problem and her customer service is terrible. I asked her for this item and It was way to expensive I used buy it from them but not anymore ... I forgot about Amazon and ebay ? guys shop around everything is more economical online ?Ps. Let's be clear isn't about the price is because very poor customer service...!!

Went for the first time with my daughter after school today. I was so pleased with the selection! You do not have to be a licensed nail tech to shop here. They have pretty much everything you'd want and need. Not sure why everyone else had an issue with customer service. They let me browse until I had questions. When I checked out, they gave me a foil glue and nail glue to try out. That's the perfect kind of customer service in my opinion! Will definitely be coming back for more KS acrylic and to try out some soft gel tips...apres, KS and gelish spotted!

I go to this place fairly often- I’d say a couple times a month. They have a lot of items especially from online brands and the prices are pretty good. I’m a beginner myself so I love that I can find good supplies there. The girls that work there are really nice and helpful

You could find everything in the store which is great the only thing is the customer service the younger lady and the older lady are no help you go and ask a question about what products good for a beginner they look annoyed mostly all their stuff have no price so every time you ask for a price they look annoyed their service is not good at all which sucks because I like the fact that I could find everything here but the service is something I didn't like so I won't be going there anymore due to that I'd rather drive a little bit more to a further store and get good service and come back to this one they it really need to step it up on their service and treat customers better and be more helpful
