I loved loved my nails. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did them but she did them with so much passion. She loves her work well done. All the ladies were nice and great I loved the service will definitely be back!

I'm very disappointed with my recent gel manicure and pedicure. After only 2 days, the polish started chipping on several nails. I went back the next day for a fix, but they wanted to charge me $5 to fix just 2 fingers. Unfortunately, by that point, 3 other fingers were also chipping and the polish wouldn't stay on one of my toes. I ended up having to remove everything. This wasn't the experience I was hoping for, especially considering the cost ($72 + $7 for the removal).

I'm pretty upset about this. I have been a customer for 6 years. it is sad how their service declined and totally took advantage of me being a long loyal customer. I called and asked if I could come in at 10 am. After waiting on the phone for a few mins , they confirmed I could come in for a Pedi! She even said everyone can do it for me like they are all available. When I arrived, I greeted them with smiles and asked if the lady I usually use for pedi is available. They said She is on vacation, and I said anyone is fine, but then they said they made a mistake because everyone is now busy with appointments!!! You could have called back instead of wasted my trip just to tell me you can't service me! My time is time too! Ridiculous!

I wish I could give a positive review but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The tech put my feet in water for over 20 minutes before even checking on me. Then another tech asked me for my polish selection from the 2 card files I was shown. Hardly any selection and they had never heard of jelly nails even though there's a review on their page showing a jelly polish manicure. So I gave my selection and I'm not sure what she saw and heard me say but I end up receiving 2 different colors than what I chose. The manicure itself was terrible, she cut my cuticle area stating my "skin is thin"!
She rushed through my manicure so quickly, the polish wasn't even close to professional, my nail beds were burned under the UV light, I had to keep pulling them out.
The equipment and salon are filthy and shouldn't even operate. Seriously, it needs to be checked for sanitary reasons.

Nice nail salon, staff goes beyond good customer service, taking care of each customer as soon as they show up. Very professional and great attention. Thanks for showing respect and for your good attitude always. Special thanks to Cindy , even though everyone is doing excellent.

This place is refreshing! I have been coming here since I started college back in 2017, and I can't find a better spot. The women here are hilarious, and we share great convo while getting my ingrowns removed. I get pretty bad ones that hurt my feet when I walk, but since coming here once every 3-weeks, I haven't had a problem! I tend to walk in without an appointment at random hours through the week, and they always find a way to get me in and truly care about how my nails are. Please give them a shot and have a great time while getting your nails done!

As always Cindy knows what I like and treats me right and with respect. I've been coming here to her, for 15 yrs and will continue to do so til she's retired. I know the new owner will have big shoes to fill. She's awesome. Thank you Cindy.

Very happy with my nails! Ni does a wonderful job with what I’ve wanted. Her team also provides great service. I did a full acrylic set with gel polish including a glitter French tip.Pedicure and manicures are pristine, they do such a great job with cleaning up my cuticles and on my feet the best callus remover and French tip on toes!
