Made an appointment online for 10:10am and showed up with all the stuff I needed at about 9:45. Was in and out by 10:25 no muss no fuss. Doing as much as I could online was a big plus

I’ve never had a good experience at the DMV but today I was pleasantly surprised! Was applying for a real ID and completed the application online. I arrived at 4:50 pm and left 20 min later. Everyone was so kind, especially the ladies up front!

Apparently, it's normal for the drive test instructors to berate people for not passing. Failing is bad enough but they get the smallest amount of power and feel its their right to make testers feel 1 inch tallEveryone inside is usually very professionalGo somewhere else for the driving portion

I was able to experience both the best and the worst here.Everything was perfect until I met her.I took my first driving test in my life three hours ago.Everyone in the office was kind and they did their best in their job.When I went, there were so many people and it was raining, so the waiting time for the test was long. My reservation time was 8:40 a.m., but I waited until 10 a.m. But I didn't have much dissatisfaction with it. Because I know it's not their fault. But my worst experience begins with her coming as an examiner. My examiner was expressing his dissatisfaction and anger with his expression from the moment he approached the car I was waiting for. After a few simple checks, I started the test. She looked annoyed and angry until the start and end of the test, which sometimes led to expressions such as shaking her head or sighing loudly. Those who have experience in taking any tests not only driving tests will know, how much it affects the candidate to continue to express negative expressions as above by the person who decides my test results right next to me. The tester ordered me to return to the DMV less than five minutes after the test began, and as soon as she went back to the DMV and stopped the car, she asked me how long I practiced driving, and I said I practiced for a month. She said in a very angry voice that she would not pass the test unless she practiced for more than eight months and she went back to the DMV building.This was a very absurd and ridiculous experience for me.Because she was angry from the moment she first saw my face, and I think I showed her as much respect as possible.I still don't know why I was treated like this.Because my driving skills are bad?Because she wants to quickly reject people and go home?Because she doesn't like my appearance?Because she doesn't like my English?However, I don't think any of the reasons above are justified. And only she knows why she treated me like this.I don't think all examiners are the same as her, of course. Also, I know that she doesn't always show that attitude, and rather, there are more good people are in there. Because of knowing that, the results of this test are even more regrettable.

Great experience overall. Had an appointment scheduled already, that's the way to do it. Arrived 10min before my appointment, got to the processing desk right away. Waited for my number to be called for another 15min.The DMV rep was cordial, efficient and professional. Everything taken care of right away.It was full of people but everything was moving fast. Everyone has masks on as well. ?

Positive experience here. Had my Real ID appointment and was in and out in less than 25 minutes from the time I went inside. I uploaded my documents online beforehand. There was plenty of parking, too. As far as CA DMVs go, this place wasn't bad at all.

My driving license extension request got denied in Norco DMV office and I was so desperate because I have two kids that are in school and I also need to to hospital often. I read the comments on Google about Pomona DMV and wanted to give a try. They're super clean , kind , considerate and helpful!!!! I'm so grateful that I got my license extended.God bless these kind people!!!

Great location, very organized, not overcrowded. I was in and out within 20 minutes ( I had an appointment). Very efficient process from the staff that screens to the staff at the windows. I would've given 5 stars, but one lady at the picture window has the personality of a doorknob. People are about to take a picture that'll last for many years, it wouldn't hurt to smile at the clients and be friendly. When it was my turn, I smiled at her, said good morning and she barely muttered anything back or make eye contact. She definitely didn't carry the spirit of the rest of the DMV staff. Hope her day gets better!

If you go after 3p, there is hardly a line. Although I did have an appointment so my number was called before I even found a seat. It was quick and easy.

Worse DMV location, rude people more than the usually, the lady was digging through her trash for important documents. I will never come back. I’d rather drive to riverside then deal with this people.

What a nice, painless experience! I did not have an appointment so I used the "Get in Line" feature and found out that there was no line and got there as soon as I could. I was able to walk in, get in the "No Appointment " line and got my number right away. I only had to wait about 7 minutes before I was called to a window. The young lady at the window was beyond helpful. She was very pleasant and was able to take care of my issues completely! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly!

Some one must have re-organized the DMV! The place was quiet, efficient, and well run. I didn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment, which I was 10-15 minutes early for. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Gov. Newsom.

Got called to the window 10 minutes before closing at 5. The lady who helped me was very nice and extremely helpful. The gentleman who was at the information booth/chair at the entrance door was also polite and respectfulful. Considering all these happened very close to the end of the day were credits to the Pomona DMV people. It was a great experience altogether.

Went in to renew registration on my trailer. No appointment ! Took longer to park than go through the line and get hooked up at window 10.The employees were efficient and pleasant ( never thought I'd say That). While not a pleasure, not bad.
