I gave 1 star because it won't let me put zero. Started off when I was told the vN I wanted to see was at the ontario location,I drove 1.5 hours to get there and they said it was at the pomona lot a couple blocks away ?? Turned out to be 3.2 miles away. I got to the other lot and they said its at ontario so I drove back ? The guy at ontario lot call big boss and he said it was at overflow lot but would deliver to pomona lot ? WTF??? I went back to pomona lot and a salesman showed up with van. I checked it out and it needed a few things and the salesman said he would get it fixed. I met with big boss and we made a deal ran credit etc and I decided to have my bank finance it. Well after 7 phone calls from me with no return , I sent 5-6 email no return and finally I got ahold of the girl and she said tbey can't sell car ?? Really ? My credit was ran based on deal I made with the big boss. I saw a lady in the dealership parking lot and as I was walking out after making the deal , she said beware of this dealership something is not right? I must say i have dealt with dozens and dozens of dealerships regarding car/ truck purchases and this is by far the least professional dealership i have ever came across. I tried calling the big boss to speak with him however conveniently he was always busy or at lunch or break or on the phone or in the restroom. I found out after the girl told me they can't sell the van to me that they are continuing to use the van as a rental and that's why they don't want to put money into selling it to me !!! Thats ok , just be honest from tbe beginning... I will now continue with my journey to find the right van for the right place , hopefully at a honest dealership.. if you go to this dealership make sure to cross your Ts and dot your Is. Get everything in writing and double check and triple check the deal . Big boss, if you ever want to call to make it right, you have my number. Buyer beware

I bought a 2015 Chevy Spark from this dealership and thanks to Yajahira- the buying process was rather painless because we worked out the money/payments prior to me going to test drive. Given that there's lemon laws and buyer's remorse laws that dealerships have to cooperate with helped. This could not have happened back in the 21st century but my new car runs great and while I've read some not so great reviews from this place- in my book- if you help your own cause- the management here will help yours as well as their own.

LIARS. DISHONEST PEOPLE. The price, the mileage are completely different than advertised online. I called in advance to make sure the cars I want to test drive are on the lot. I drove 21/2 hours from San Diego in traffic. The two cars that I want to test drive are not in the lot. Had to wait over 30 minutes to see one of the cars. The other will not be available till the following week. I was told the car is black over the phone. The photos online show that it is black. The car is BLUE! The advertised mileage was 12,000 miles. The odometer says 15,000 miles. The "doctored" up Carfax says Zero accidents. My personal research online inquiries using the VIN shows over 12 incident reports. I am glad that I did not buy a car from these people. BE WARE they have other lots in other locations.

These guys gave us a clean car fax. When I had it checked out by a mobile mechanic it has transmission problems and many touched up paint areas. They are also a repair shop so they are fixing these cars themselves and not doing a good job of it. Wasted my time my money with the mechanic and they do it with a smile on there face. Buyers beware

My experience with Empire motors has been terrible. Anyway, I came across one of the cars they are selling on CarGuru and it happened to fit my budget. I went in to their dealership, and they were very nice and accommodating. No problems there. They let me test drive the car, and it was all good. I decided to buy the car, and they listed me the price. I paid for the deposit and had the car delivered to my place. They even said I get a 30 day warranty if I see something thats damaged on the car. Also, they even connected me to an insurance broker who would help me get a cheap but quality car insurance too. However, I give them one star because of the following:1. unreliable. They sold me a car and failed to disclose that the radio is damaged. Told me they would cover the installation and parts. Had me drive an hour to get to their site, only for them to tell me they don’t have the parts. Wanted to charge me half of the price of the radio parts despite stating that they would cover everything.2. When I got the car, it was dirty. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and gas tank wasn’t filled up even though they said they would fill it up when delivered.3. They charged me 66 dollars more than the initial price we agreed on.I definitely think it was a mistake getting involved with this specific dealer though. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I hope this company goes out of business.

My experience with Empire motors has been terrible. Anyway, I came across one of the cars they are selling on CarGuru and it happened to fit my budget. I went in to their dealership, and they were very nice and accommodating. All good, right? No problems there. They let me test drive the car, and it was all good. I decided to buy the car, and they listed me the price. I paid for the deposit and had the car delivered to my place. They even said I get a 30 day warranty if I see something thats damaged on the car. Also, they even connected me to an insurance broker who would help me get a cheap but quality car insurance too (this insurance broker turned out to be a MAJOR a****** btw). This is where it gets weird. They said they were going to deliver it on Tuesday. I already have the money order ready to pay before Tuesday. The day comes, and there is no car. I call them, and they said they will have to deliver it on Wednesday. Wednesday rolls in, and no car. I call again, and something happened to the car tires and it has to be replaced. At this point, I was scared I was about to be scammed but also it's like, I have the rest of my money here so like it would be a loss on their side. I was told to wait til Thursday. I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday so I really needed a car to get to the clinic because uber's f****** expensive. Thursday rolls around, and the car comes. However, the dealer decides to charge me 66 dollars more than the original price, and I was panicking because I already have the money order ready for the price that we talked about prior to getting the car delivered. To add, getting a money order is already a difficult feat since I don't have a car, and I was on my own. They manage to bring down the price to the initial asking, and I finally managed to pay. Everything's good right? F****** wrong! I was driving my car and I noticed a lot of things that's wrong w my car. The first day, I noticed the radio was not working. I was under the assumption the radio was working because they said so. Maybe it was my fault for not checking but as a car seller who is selling used cars, I think it is important to disclose that to your sellers. Wouldn't it be lying by omission if this was not disclosed? Not so sure. Anyway, the second damage I found was the windshield wipers, which i found that it needed replacing one month after I bought the car. I feel like the car seller should have been responsible in replacing the wipers before they even thought about selling or delivering the car. I just replaced the wipers myself but it was my fault for not asking for some type of compensation. Anyway, I digress. I brought the issue about the radio to the dealership, and, holy f****** s**** they made it SO INCONVENIENT for me to get the car radio replaced. I am just gonna summarize this story because this happened several months ago and I can't remember some details already. I started my job at this time so I couldn't do my normal business hours because I did not have PTO yet, so it would have to be after work. However they said they are not open after 5 pm too. I was able to find an opening in my schedule so I brought the car in and had them checked. They said they needed to order the parts, and I was told to come in a week or two from that day. I remember I was told to come in on a Wednesday. That was fine. Eventually that day comes, and I drove an hour to Pomona, only for them to say there is no parts yet. This went on for 2 weeks. I would drive there for them to say this. I did this twice I think. The last time I drove there, they told me to pay half of the price of the radio. I put my foot down and said no because you said you would cover everything. They also said they would install and fix my car radio for free. So they took their word back and told me that they would cover the parts but i'd find an installer myself. I ended up relenting because I didn't wanna deal with their stupid a** dealership ever again. This whole thing spanned around 2 months. I could tell
