Ava was amazing. She got me set up in the size unit I requested and was super informative. She help me w the lock, got me set up with Bluetooth and even offer me a glass of water bc it was hot out. The space was clean and exactly what I expected.
I was in a big hurry today bc I was cutting it close w work and she got me in and out. I hope the company realizes how valuable employees like this are.
She even gave us a 3 month promotion deal. Thanks Ava :)

Ava was so attentive to my needs and showed my mom and I the storage unit I inquired about and was super informative. In very appreciative as I have never rented a storage unit before and had no idea about insurance and liability and such, etc, she really helped ease my mind and answered every question we had. :)

Really great service in the office. Anticipated my needs before I could even think of them. There was a little bit of a mixup with online booking, but the office staff was quick to remedy the situation and on top of that we’re super friendly and easy to deal with.
