They tried to charge me over $400 for ten 1-1/2 inch black pipe fittings. Ended up going to Quanex a few blocks away where I got them for under $50. Never going back to Ferguson.

Worst worst experience I came in for less then 15 hvac items materials and I have been waiting 1 hour for my stuff. Unless you don’t have anything to do, don’t come to Pomona hvac Ferguson worst experience shopping for material in my life

Pomona Fergeson is Absolutely The Worst Fergeson you can ever go to. My Manager confirmed our order an hour prior to my arrival and was assured that our order would be waiting whhen I arrived. I arrived and Absolutely nothing was pulled by will call. I ask the will call counter person repeatedly for 30min and all he told me is that they're still working on it. But wouldn't even leave the counter to check. Finally I just told them to cancel the order. The regular parts counter guys are cool and other Fergeson locations. But Pomona Will call Absolutely Blows. I've been 10yrs ordering plumbing materials from Fergesons all throughout Riverside, San Diego, etc Counties. Pomona Fergeson is Absolutely the worst experience ever. Surprisingly it's a corporate Fergeson location. You'd think they have their stuff together. NOT

I had a great experience today at this business. This was my first time at Ferguson and i was looking for a shower valve cartridge. The staff there were friendly and helpful. I made a mistake by going to Home Depot first where it’s impossible to find anyone to help you. If you need some personal assistance, consider this place over the big box stores.

I thought it only happened to me with Ryan. He gtes bothered when I bring material to return other than that every other associates are helpful Matt Paul Austin both George's all guys in counter are really good just the will call guy Ryan. He need to improve when he takes over after manager leaves he is a leader not a boss other than that I like get are material from this location keep up guys!!!

I was at Home Depot looking for a shower part that they didn't have in stock and the guy said if I needed it the same day that Ferguson's would probably have it. I never heard of them before so I looked them up, called to see if they had the item in stock, and sure enough they did!I drove to their store and the cashier at front welcomed me and asked if I needed help looking for something. I showed him the photo and he went to grab it for me- talk about great service! Their pricing is a little more than Home Depot/Lowe's, but worth it if you need something in a jiffy. They also don't take Apple Pay, so make sure to bring your credit card or cash app

Wow oh wow! This place is gigantic! If you need anything plumbing, HVAC related, come here! I was extremely confused on how to get to the entrance, but I figured it out. You need to turn at the light and go through the gate to the back for the customer showroom. Once inside, it was an awesome experience getting to find the product I needed for my sink. I also saw a plumber have the rubber shims and so I picked some of those up. A gentleman helped me find those, and he was extremely helpful! The person who checked me out was really helpful and I found everything I needed.
