The people in the office are amazing and quick. Unfortunately, this is offset by the guys working in the warehouse. They are extremely slow and unhelpful. Seems like they are hiding somewhere or avoiding customers. Compared to the other JB Warehouse locations, the pomona location will consume a lot of your time.
