I've known JOY for 20 years and JOY is truly a Joy and pleasure to be around. And I am amazed by her wonderful hairstyling skills and deep passion for her work. She loves to give her patrons the LOOK they want and works SKILLFULLY SO QUICKLY. She's Great at Cutting, Curling, Perming and FIXING BAD EMBARRASSING COLOR jobs.

I came here to get my hair, one full color. The sun tends to really lighten my hair and make it uneven. I called before hand and asked how much one full color would be without bleach and they gave me a quote of 50 to $55. I appreciate the fact that when I got there it was still the same price but I definitely needed a haircut which is $25 so my total came out to $80. That's an amazing price compared to anywhere else let me tell you. Places will charge you a minimum of 120 for just the hair dye so her prices are definitely the best in town. Not gonna lie Joy was a little bit rough or should I say heavy handed especially when washing my hair. That's supposed to be relaxing and soothing but I found it to be not as eventful as other places. Not a big deal though. As I was getting my hair dyed, two customers came in and she had me sit in my color for longer than I thought I should have, but she knows best because the color came out great , and became a more even tone. Her technique seemed a little unorthodox to me as well but like I said, I love how it came out, so no complaints here. Good to know I can come back to this place to get my hair touched up as well. Very close to home and convenient. Thanks so much.

Been going here since I was 18. I'm 33 now and still don't trust anyone with my cuts besides Joy! Love her so much ! She's so quick but does the best job. Always leaves my hair feeling brand new and healthy!

Joy is very rude and moody, gave me a price at beginning than charged me more when finished. I only found out when I looked at my receipt that she charged extra.

Been coming here to get my hair cut for a long time and Joy has always done a great job. She gives me a low fade that is always on point. I've recommended a lot of friends here and they always come back. Great price and great hair cut

This is an honest review. Joy did not ask me to write a review for her. I wanted to write one so all of you girls out there can stop spending $$$$ on a haircut that this lady can do for you for you for probably half of the price. I really think Joy is excellent at haircuts. I observed the way she cut my hair. I can tell she's been doing this for a very long time. I wanted to get a LOB (long bob) for summer. I just showed her a picture from pinterest and she nailed it. What I like the most was she asked me if the length she's cutting is a good length. She wanted to make sure I am okay with it. I am really surprised at how good my hair came out. I've been to other high end salon and not so high end ones. Ive seen it all. Honestly sometimes I feel like the money you pay is not for the person's talent but for the location of the salon. Joy is really a master stylist. This is my 3rd time coming to her. She does have a lot of clients but I think they are a little bit older and not very savvy with Yelp and reviews. Some clients I see coming in have been with her for 10 years +. Her sister also works there who specializes in skin care. I once tried the Korean facial she did for me. I 100% recommend it. Its something I've never seen before. I think she brought her machine all the way from Korea. This place is a hidden gem. If you live around Pomona looking for a superb haircut, go here. You wont break bank!

Tried for first time. Was greeted right away the stylist explained what she was doing to do a got highlights and a trim and shensryled my hair very good . Exactly what I was hoping for .

Joy is very good at what she does. I live near the area always passes by her salon. Her salon is truly a hidden gem. My haircut is was superb. I can tell that she has been doing this for a long time. She is such a nice lady too! Price was just right! Love this place! Ill be back for sure!
