If I could give less than 1-star, that would be well deserved. I was conned into using Arturo Nolguen for my car wrap by someone who is no longer a friend. I was assured 'the wrap will be 100% perfect' and 'it will only take 7-10 days'. I drove the car out on a Sunday night and left it there with him. The next day I was told the wrap I dropped it off to have done, was out of stock....But there is another wrap they can use. It's not as favorable a color - but what choice did I have - I had already driven the car 1 hour out to him. My mistake not picking it back up right then and there. So he gets a roll of Avery to use instead of the originally requested Inozetek. Within a few days of that I start asking for progress pics (which he had previously promised would be plentiful). There is always an excuse as to why he cant send them. I'm sure he hadn't started the job. 1 week goes by like this. I'm bothering him every day for pics, and getting next to nothing. 2 weeks go by, and hes starting to say its going to be ready tomorrow. We went 5+ days in a row of 'it'll be ready tomorrow'. Finally the day comes (17 days after drop-off) to pick up my damn car. On my way there I notice (in the whole-car progress pic he finally sent) that the mirrors & roof are both UNWRAPPED! I called him, pissed, and he says 'ya we ran out of wrap'. Which is a joke. Anyone who knows car wraps knows a roll of Avery will wrap *2* 911 Porsches. And he couldn't complete it in 1 roll? I'm assuming here he used leftover scraps to wrap my car, or messed up so many times and tried re-wrapping that he ran out. I go at night - big mistake. It looks good to me at night, but I didn't take that close a look. I assumed he had it for that long - it must be perfect like was promised. The next day I start to notice discolorations in different panels. Looks a little odd so I ask him about it and he says the roll was probably defective. Another day goes by, and I have it out in the sun. My non-car friends are starting to notice the issues so I decide to really go over it with a fine tooth comb. We're noticing knife marks everywhere. Wrap peeling here and there. Entire areas not wrapped that should have been. And maybe the most amateur move at all that shows whoever wrapped my car hasn't wrapped before - the discoloration on almost every panel. The wrap discoloration is from applying then stretching the wrap unevenly over certain panels. Somehow they managed to do this to nearly every panel on my 911. It was a wreck. I took it to my tint shop (who does wraps as well) and they were aghast. They said 'it's not the worst wrap we've ever seen, but it's close'. I started pointing out to Art (with pics) that he made all these mistakes. He lied over and over saying he doesnt use a knife (image attached of him on the Kingstar Graphics Instagram - using a knife). He kept stating that the roll was just defective. 100% false. I told him the right thing to do here is a full refund and fix. Any reputable business owner would do that - but this is not who we are dealing with as you can see in the other reviews here. He said he would take the car back in and have it looking perfect and unwrapped. After consulting several other shops I decided that wasnt worth the risk. The lack of quality & care exhibited on the wrap was such that I would not trust Arturo with a Miata, let alone my 911. I asked him to at least give 50% back ($1300). He said he sent it via Zelle - of course that was another lie. It never came. So Arturo cost me $2600 for the wrap, and untold sums ($10K+) to unwrap, repair / repaint the car. Not to mention the hours driving back and forth, and now the weeks I will be without my car.

My church Victory bible church international used this company for our women's program (Wailing Woman Summit) t shirts and they were great. They helped with choosing the right fabric and making sure all our needs were met. I'll definitely use them again. Thanks from Rachel.

Woooow I should have came here first! I know the valley indoor swapmeet well and I figured all print places would do the same as my job was super simple !!!! The guy working there( I'll leave his name out because I feel bad for him tbh) even called me 15 mins before my order was supposed to be ready and verified what I wanted. When I was telling him he was like "ya ya ya" but OBVIOUSLY wasn't paying attention. He called me to let me know my order was ready and when I got there it was in the wrong color and spelled wrong! I was pissed so of course he made it right , then and there but sheesh come on! Why call me if you're going to get it wrong anyway! Then to make matters worse he tried to argue with me and say I said "white" I pulled out the receipt and it clearly said yellow! Not only did he not acknowledge the mistake he never once said I'm sorry. I didn't feel like arguing but this employee is so Incompetent I actually feel sorry for him. I'm only giving 2 stars because I got my item. Also, he gave me a time and then said it wasn't ready and proceeded to make my item last minute. Bad business all the way around . There's many other places at this swap meet. Don't waist your time or money coming here !
