It washed everything I needed to get done in one load and it was super fast, as well as it being my first time here the owner offered me a free wash which was amazing! The owner here is really caring and informative. This place is worth coming too, especially if you need a quick wash done! Unfortunately the tap doesn’t work, but they do have dollar coin exchange! 5 STARS!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“It was nice to see Kelly's friendly face again for my second time visiting this laundromat. She asked why I hadn't dropped in over the last couple of months as I shared that my 2021 MAYTAG washer at home had broken down again for the fourth time in the last six months. Granted, I'm glad I had sense enough to buy the five-year extended warranty, which has covered all the past service calls including parts. She said she felt bad for my misfortune but was glad to know that I had chosen to return to McCleans to do my laundry during this downtime. The things I will share about Kelly are that she is very friendly, welcoming, and funny along with being very helpful. On this visit, along with my usual dark, light, and white clothes to be washed. I brought in a queen-size comforter I had no idea how much laundry cleaning stuff I would need to take care of the task. She gladly gave me her advice and it turned out perfectly washed and dried. In my opinion, this is why she is such an asset to this business. Mind you, she helped me while taking incoming phone calls, making sure all was tidied up in the shop, and doing the Fluff & Fold service this location offers to their Customers. I also had no idea the volume of laundry that is brought in and goes out of this place. She is amazing at it and keeps it moving and organized to make sure she meets her client's deadlines. I know I'll be back for the next couple of weeks because I've been offered a Tech to come to my home after multiple attempts to repair my washer, that an inspector will be dispatched out for a determination if my washer will fall into the "Lemon" category. If so, Home Depot/AURION 3rd party repair company will offer a full refund of my purchase price, which I can then use to buy a new machine. That all sounds like a pretty sweet offer but, as we all know the prices of these machines over the last couple of years that I've owned mine, have gone up. So in the end, I'll still need to come up with the difference in cost. And who likes having to do that? “I have been going to this place for years they always do the best job and quickly. If you actually make it in a certain time your clothes will be done next day. Prices reasonable for wedding items . I will continue to go to them as long as they are open”

“Very good laundry mat, very clean and efficient. Well-maintained machines, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment. It's also great because they offer an additional fluff and fold service as well. Overall, a super good laundry mat that makes the chore of doing laundry a little more enjoyable?”

“I live close by and wash here every so often , yes there tends to be lots of homeless but honestly living in pomona its inevitable to avoid .. luckily ive never had problems washing here the older short lady Rebecca is constantly cleaning if you tell her a washer or dryer is dirty she will stop what shes doing to clean it ive even witnessed her kicking out homeless people who are bothering customers. i will continue coming back to wash here.”

“Very nice clean inexpensive place to do laundry. It was not busy in and out experience. The only downfall is the dryers don’t dry that good I’m assuming because the dryers are a little old, but aside from that great place to do your laundry”
