This is a nice clean and safe laundromat with all new machines. The machines were quick normal wash $6 and normal dryer $0.50 . I haven't been in a laugh drymat in years but I was in a hurry it took me less than an hour to wash and dry 3 loads of laundry.
My only gripe is that the vending machines were barely stocked. Make sure to have your own detergent and whatever you use.

Because the short lady with black hair,she is a respectful lady and stop my laundry for no reason and she wants to fight with me I don't know why I told her I don't want to talk to you lady, and she trying to stop my big washing machine and I told her Don't touch , and was another customer and he told she stopped and you laundry was working perfectly, people like her doesn't deserve to be there.

I used to go here. In the beginning it was nice and the associate working there most days was friendly (the lady that is short with the short hair) One day I did what I always do press the washer machine for the more features option to get an extra wash, rinse, and spin then all of a sudden she ran over accusing me of putting in a code to get a free wash. I disregarded it at first because I can see how she got confused but then every time after that when I came I noticed she would almost watch me and was not nice towards me whatsoever since. Sucks because this is the closest location to my father’s house whom I wash for and now I have to go further to another location so I don’t feel discriminated against or harassed.

Worst place Ever !!! i Started washing my towels ans and i noticed i forgot one open the door and the washer restarted it wanted me to pay again! I call the lady working here she didn't care at all she told me you have to pay again !!!

It was nice to see Kelly's friendly face again for my second time visiting this laundromat. She asked why I hadn't dropped in over the last couple of months as I shared that my 2021 MAYTAG washer at home had broken down again for the fourth time in the last six months. Granted, I'm glad I had sense enough to buy the five-year extended warranty, which has covered all the past service calls including parts. She said she felt bad for my misfortune but was glad to know that I had chosen to return to McCleans to do my laundry during this downtime. The things I will share about Kelly are that she is very friendly, welcoming, and funny along with being very helpful. On this visit, along with my usual dark, light, and white clothes to be washed. I brought in a queen-size comforter I had no idea how much laundry cleaning stuff I would need to take care of the task. She gladly gave me her advice and it turned out perfectly washed and dried. In my opinion, this is why she is such an asset to this business. Mind you, she helped me while taking incoming phone calls, making sure all was tidied up in the shop, and doing the Fluff & Fold service this location offers to their Customers. I also had no idea the volume of laundry that is brought in and goes out of this place. She is amazing at it and keeps it moving and organized to make sure she meets her client's deadlines. I know I'll be back for the next couple of weeks because I've been offered a Tech to come to my home after multiple attempts to repair my washer, that an inspector will be dispatched out for a determination if my washer will fall into the "Lemon" category. If so, Home Depot/AURION 3rd party repair company will offer a full refund of my purchase price, which I can then use to buy a new machine. That all sounds like a pretty sweet offer but, as we all know the prices of these machines over the last couple of years that I've owned mine, have gone up. So in the end, I'll still need to come up with the difference in cost. And who likes having to do that? However, a lesson learned, I'll be buying the extended warranty plan for the next machine too.See you next week Kelly. Cordialement,Michael of Pomona

I came in with low expectations and left with experience of great customer service, clean and working machines and quick time spent in building. Cici and lisa both were tremendous help and very polite and friendly. 10/10 definitely coming back when i have laundry to do.

I used to love this laundrymat. Clothes are not getting washed properly anymore there's a lot of machines that need to be serviced the workers are super nice really friendly very helpful they are the reason I kept giving this laundromat a chance .there's not enough large machines that are working . hopefully they get everything running the way it's supposed to be.
