I personally informed the mgr. and 4 other employees there was a step up down the entire store that could not be seen and there were no signs to tell anyone in the store of what could/would be a potential bad accident. On 2/18/2023, I was called up to he desk and forgot about the step and fell extremely hard went to hospital and now have to have surgery on my leg and knee. It knocked me out briefly. OMG this could have been avoided if Metro made the customer's safety first. It still has not been fixed. A few chairs were sat there!!! I couldn't believe it! My only response is at this point is REALLY!!!!

I have been to several locations were the customer service has not been great but I have never been to a place that has been awful in customer service as so as you open the door. This young female perty much told me don't ask me anything and I cant help you. Not in those words but she might as well have said that. I opened the door and was told as soon as I put one foot in " I can't take any payments or make any sail because my computer isn't working" with a bad attituted like if I was to blame. I said " I'm not here to make a payment" " can I ask about your phones" she then said " I cant ring you up for sail. I told her I wasn't going to buy anything I just wanted to see what kind of phones were available for my son because His broke. By this time with her attitude I stared to have one myself and decided this was a total waist of time and all around bad experience. Maybe you need to train your employees to be more inviting, helpful and curtiouse and have less attitude. FYI she did the same thing to the next customer and he said I just need you to check my battery. Wow!! I will never come here again.

Good customer service. Many different plans with prices you'll appreciate. Very good value. Fast internet service, no drops and I get service almost anywhere.
