I went there to get my last 3 months of texts on paper because I needed it. There were two ladies and one man. I told them I called the main office to make sure the paper copy was available. So as I spoke with the first lady, the man interrupted and told me "no" we can't provide that service! Very blunt and arrogant. Even though I already had the 'ok' from the main office. I will not go to that Metro PC office in Pomona again. Not friendly. They were just sitting around doing nothing and getting paid for it.

They overcharge by putting you on the highest plan with alot of features like mexico calling that you don't need WITHOUT telling you. They say you have to get it like that the first month but it's not true. And if you wanna return the phones it has to be the same day you purchase to get full refund otherwise they won't return the monthly bill which was like $180 for the tree lines when there's a plan $90 for 3 lines IF YOU DO GO ASK IN DETAIL WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR.

I've had service with metro by tmobile for less in 2 months. My data connection is not stable at all. It doesn't stay connected for more than a couple of seconds at a time. I'm called several times I cant get anyone to help me. Im either. Literally flat out ignored, they hang up on me or pressure me to up grade to a more expensive plan or purchase a new handset. The one I have is brand new and then proceed to insist that those are my only options fixing it isn't an option only to spend more money unnecessarily basically trying to force me to spend money and refusing to give me customer service or tech support in order to correct the issue which is extremely frustrating especially due to the fact that I know that not true I know how to fix the phone I brought it to their attention a few times all that needs to be done is you feel any missing information on my APN fields for my settings manually that's it they refuse to help me . It's just not right I don't have a lot of money to be forced to spend money I don't need to besides which I literally just paid for my phone my phone is paid in full I've already paid for it I'm very paid for my service I don't owe them any money I've been honest and I paid I do have to receive a service and everything but I've been lied to hang up on ignored they're very disrespectful and rude and honestly to me they're t h e i v e s trying to force me to pay money I don't have for something I have already paid for it's not right
