The people running the dental shouldn't they're very unprofessional they take all the good but shit on other people and won't step up to help hopefully dental can see it and make some changes and get rid of the people managing the place because their the reason I won't be going

Doctor and nurse are great but big problem are the front desk super rude and they take decisions to block you to ask or see your doctors. They are professional and make your life miserable and promote a lot of frustration and anger and emotional stress in patients. They don't allow you to get your medication from you preferred pharmacy. They want you to take your medicine from their guys who works next to superior market across the street.Real bad and stupid front desk because doctors are great.

I would give this place 0 star. The front desk setting appointment doesn't tell you to arrive 15 mins early so they will just cx appt. Don't even come in 1 min. late they will cx your appt but the Dr. can be 30 mins seeing you. Doesn't make sense. It's hard to make an appt they don't pick the phone all the time. It took my son weeks before he can set his 1st appt. of course actually appointment is months. They can run the place better if they would explain to the new patient that the appointment for 8:00 am needs to always come in 15 mins before even if your an establish patient. So why give the patient 8:00 appt when you mean be here at 7:45. This place really needs improvement.

Terrible place.We recently moved closed to this location. I changed my kids doctor to this location and I called them on 6/14/2023 to make an appointment for their physical.1. The lady who picked up my call started hanging up on me like two times after getting my information. 2. Finally, after the third call she got my information, and she said the only available appointment I have is on August 7 which is one and half months later. 3. I said ok, can you make an appointment for them and she wanted to give them two different appointments which are 30 minutes apart, I told her that they are minors, can their appointment be together so an adult be with them, she told me no I can only put them 30 minutes apart, I was like ok, then I told her that can you put them at 3:00 pm and 3:20 pm, she said I can only put them at 1:00 pm and 1:20 pm, I told her that is not a good time for me, then can you put them on a different day, she said the only time I can put them is 1:00 pm that is it, I have no other choice for you lol. I told her thanks, but no thanks, I no longer need you to schedule us for a physical. I changed their doctor to a different location without even being able to go there for the first appointment. Terrible place. I am just wondering if that is the attitude for their front desk, the doctor will be the worst.

My dentist there was absolutely the best and the other staff there are always nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait a long time for my appointment and they are pretty good in my opinion.

Had the worst experience with my miscarriage in 2021 and in 2022 had the worst postpartum experience. Had to rely on the hospital for all my needs because my “doctor” didn’t want to refer me or listen to me.

Very nice staff, the receptionist went above and beyond to find me another close appointment for my son after we were late and missed his appointment. The Dr and nurses were really patient and nice to my 7 year old son. Would really recommend this place.

The most ridiculous medical office in the entire network. I made an appointment last week to get all my prescriptions filled with refills and NON of my refills got received by CVS and all i get is the run around and all they say is that well the doctor is busy and won't be able to get to the message i sent to her for 48-72 hours. I need the prescription TODAY not 72 hours from now.

Pomona Parktree is Ridiculous. The Women at the very front desk are disgusting and rude. The way they talk to people is atrocious. They have no respect for those who come in, They talk down on people and over talk when someone is trying to explain something. I have been calling for a week straight and they send all calls to a voicemail which you aren’t allowed to leave messages. I heard one of the receptionist ask a young girl for a a “Co Pay” to a Cashapp !!!!! What the heck! These women spend thier time on the cellphones posting how “Hard they work” Rude , Ugly degenerate attitudes. Both of them up there !!!!!

Went in to make an appt, get info regarding EKG and check eligibility. Was quickly helped by women in front- answered all my questions and concerns. Always a joy to come in,speak with them and get things done. ?

Unbelievable, front desk services is ridiculous. Try calling for the past days they never answer, left a voicemail and never get a call back,when they do answer the make you wait more then 45mins and hang up if you don’t respond right away. All I needed to do is cancel an appointment. Also very RUDE!

Bad Service. Unbelievable I have called at least 10 times today only once did they answer and got put back on hold for 45 mins before I decided to hang up. I hope management sees this review and actually gets off their back side and does something about this. Unacceptable! SMH
