Service is great, Mike at the front desk definitely multitask well. The only thing is that the online coupon for $20 didn't work even though it was a valid coupon. The only coupon to work was the $5. Hopefully, they can fix that issue.

Mike was the gentleman that greeted me when I came in and he was very personable & friendly, great smile! He was very accommodating to all the families he served & seemed to connect well to everyone, I would recommend this facility for their consistency & great service !!! The staff also all seemed to relate to each other & patrons as well & on an extremely hot and uncomfortable day they went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Quick and thorough service. My family gets their car services done here. They never upsell you. Their diagnostics are included in your report and they give you recommendations on what your next services should be. If there is a critical service you need to get during your visit, they will tell you upfront and give you information to make a decision.

I went for a coolant flush on Saturday. On the phone and in person I was told numerous times they had the pink antifreeze that Toyota uses. Upon leaving I picked up the hood and a greenish antifreeze was used. I brought the vehicle back on Tuesday to have it done the way I wanted, and was on the work order. I was there when they opened. 2 1/2 hours later I picked up the hood as I was leaving. Pink antifreeze was used, but the green windshield wiper was drained also. The lid for the windshield wiper fluid wasn't there. It was broken off and I found it near the radiator fan, luckily. It was broken off, as it was attached when I looked under the hood on Saturday when I realized the wrong coolant was used. There was also a hole punctured through the lid. I should've gone back in to complain about it, but I was happy just to leave. I'll put electrical tape over the hole, and be careful not to loose the lid when adding windshield wiper fluid. The mechanic must've been upset he had to flush the car again, and that he was caught disregarding the original work order regarding the appropriate antifreeze! These types of things are done to ensure the customer doesn't return again, from past experiences.

I have been going to pep boy for years. The pep boys I used to use customer care and promptness is no longer there. I now use the pep boys on foothill Blvd. Concern care and the professionalism was found there. The mechanics at pep boys I used to go I truly will miss them they were the best part of that shop. Pep boys still have my trust renewed.
