I’m standing outside of Sally’s it is 10:26 AM. They open at 10 and they have a 10 minute I’ll be back sign on the door. Why do you need to be back in 10 minutes when you just open the store? This is poor service and it’s Mother’s Day.

Vivian was such a pleasure to speak to today!! She's the color expert and I recommend that you ask for her if you have any questions pertaining to color. She knows her stuff!!!
