Shoutout to the dark-haired employee working around 12:00–1:00 PM on September 4! She was so helpful and walked me through a solution I could easily do at home. I'll be calling to thank her directly, but she definitely deserves recognition for her fantastic service.

I’m standing outside of Sally’s it is 10:26 AM. They open at 10 and they have a 10 minute I’ll be back sign on the door. Why do you need to be back in 10 minutes when you just open the store? This is poor service and it’s Mother’s Day.
