Do not trust or bother with this place. They are not a legitimate business and have zero customer service. I had an appointment at 10:30am and went to the address on their Yelp page. When I showed up, there was a closed/ be back at 3pm sign on the door. I called and left a voicemail telling them I had an appt. etc. They call me back a couple hours later and tell me to come back, so I did and AGAIN it said it was closed. Turns out they moved and closed that location and didn't bother mentioning it or updating their Yelp. Ever since I've been trying to call and make an appointment but nobody ever answers. They don't deserve to still be open. They have zero customer service and no common decency.

One star for tax prep family member tracked her stimulus check and was deposited to tax prep acc instead of hers which they provided at the time of of tax preparation they spoke to the preparer and was told that she would have to speak to the bank and see if they would give the money to fam member or would be charge for the service which was not consented by the fam member at the time of the preparation. Big suggestion to everyone check and triple check your tax returns and see if the bank account provided is in deed your own the one given at the time or they changed it. Tax refund was deposited to fam members account but now with stimulus deposits found out they use another bank account and then transfer funds to individuals bank accounts??

Been doing my taxes here for 3 years now. 1st year different owner and after that they changed owners. The new owners rip you off. You would think you would get a discount for doing your taxes with them for a while. Bullshit! Every year my fee goes up. Bank charged me 200 and they charged me 150. If i had explained it to the amount of fees being deducted i wouldve never gone here. Thats just money down the drain wit these people. Never again will i come here. They rip u off and dont even explain you the exact amount of fees they are deducting from you.
