He was a very helpful gentleman. Customer service was through the roof. You can find anything that you will need regarding medical equipment. I definitely recommend using his services and I will definitely recommend him to friends and coworkers. If I can rate him 20 starts I would! -E

They were the only place open on a Sunday, and helped us out last minute. I was able to attend an event with my daughter because they were very willing to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else for med supplies. Thank you Specialty Medical!!!

This company is great! Big shout out to Doug! I work in the disability office for a local community college and we had a special need for a mobility chair/scooter for a tour at a different college. The request was last minute and Doug helped us out and loaned us a scooter for this very deserving student with disabilities who is graduating soon. We are now in the process of purchasing two different mobility scooters and it has been a great experience so far. Doug is patient and knowledgeable. I never post reviews and I highly recommend Specialty Medical!

STELLAR SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I cannot rave enough about Doug at Specialty Medical! We were in urgent need of a wheelchair rental at the last minute for my husband with terminal cancer because he can't walk. We had called every number on the list our insurance gave us and no one had any available. Specialty Medical was last on the list (ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS ALPHABETICAL). Doug not only worked diligently to get us a wheelchair BUT HE DONATED ITS USE TO US FOR THE WEEK!!! My family will forever be grateful for his kindness as he made a stressful situation not only manageable but memorable. Many thanks and God Bless!

I'll start with this, Specialty Medical is beyond awesome. My wife had an unfortunate accident and went to Urgent care and was released needing some medical equipment. Note this was on Friday after hours. After making many phone calls to no avail I finally reached some one at Specialty Medical. He indeed had what we needed and said he would meet us at their location. I mentioned I was 2 cities away and it would take us a bit to get to him he said "No problem." When we arrived the friendly man who I believe was named Doug greeted me with the equipment in hand. He was a breath of fresh air in an already stressful situation. Thank you Specialty Medical for helping make the start of my Wife's road to recovery stress free and for going above and beyond for us.

This company is awesome. My daughter in law broke her ankle unexpectedly, and was going to try to hobble her way thru my grandson's high school graduation. She was in desperate need of a wheelchair.I called Doug at Specialty Medical, ( got his info from the internet), and he was most gracious and helpful. I was able to pick up a state of the art wheelchair in time for the graduation. She would never have been able to attend without a wheelchair - there were " miles and miles" of walking, which she could never have managed. And in spite of being last minute, he worked with me on the price!I would recommend this company any time medical equipment is needed. Doug returns calls almost immediately, and is very responsive to a customer's needs. Plus he has top notch equipment- which he makes sure a customer can easily manage its operation.It's so refreshing to meet a businessman with ethics, compassion, and good pricing! I don't think you could go wrong with this company.

After researching the multitude of medical supply stores, both local and online. I decided to go with Specialty Medical in Pomona and purchased a Pride Jazzy Carbon electric wheelchair for my daughter. This is very lightweight (43 lbs with battery). Extremely powerful and fits thru doorways with ease. The owner took great care of us from the selection, delivery and customer service! I highly recommend Specialty Medical for your wheelchair and home medical needs. Best customer service ever. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Doug!

I needed a Hoyer lift and he helped me out in 2 days. Great communication !! He said if I had any issues with the assembly just call and he will walk me through it. Wow, nice guy!

Doug and his company are wonderful! After meeting him at a trade show convention we decided to buy a mobility scooter from him. We made this decision after talking to several different companies. Doug saw our story and gave us an excellent deal on a new mobility scooter! He delivered exactly what he said that he would deliver and carefully explained the entire scooter to us! We will certainly buy from Specialty Medical again without hesitation.

I needed a scooter as mine just died! Many to choose from some will take 30 days or the price was double. But here, I spoke to Doug and they have the one I was looking for, it's new and a fair price. A man named Art delivered it he was very nice. All in all I am very happy for a pleasant transaction. Thank you Doug. Highly recommended.
