So disappointed I went to pay my phone bill and asked if they had restroom which she told me there was but not to the public and she had a very nasty attitude like lady, I seen a man come out and we asked again and she said it's not up to me it's up to the manager, u could've simply went and asked your manager that's all, so rude I would never come back to that t-mobile

Sleepiest, slowest, least energy staff I've encountered. The last place you want to go if you are in a hurry or have been at work all day. I've been standing here for an hour while they casually and very slowly have been helping the same 2 customers, all hands on deck, they need all 3 "experts" for each customer. Been watching about a dozen customers walk in, wait then walk out. The employees don't even acknowledge you unless you walk directly in front of them. Then they say they will be with you in a moment after walking away from you. I just have an in store pickup and it's taking so long, I have no option but to wait here. There's no system for the waiting cue as they just let you leave and they take whoever stays next. Where is the manager here?

Thank you to Bri she was so kind and helpful. She listened to me rant about my problems and was so nice and thorough about all the questions I asked. Store is nice and clean staff is also welcoming and friendly

t mobile sucks here's why the tv ad promises to save you $ if you switch providers. we did my wife and i left att which we have been with for yrs. we drove to the chino store and talked to the store manager steven. he promised us a family plan with new phones for the family. instead he put on 2 different plans and now my wife and i have to pay for 2 plans instead of one. now we have 2 payments and 2 plans and the customer service is the worsts,. now we have to pay $246 dollars for 3 lines and an extra $119 for a separate line for my wifes phone. we called tried to fix the problem with them. instead they gave us the run around. 3 wks we have been trying to fix the problem. we just wanted a family plan with 1 bill for 3 lines on one bill. now were stuck with t mobile 2 bills and sucky ass service. we made a payment over the phone and then for the second payment to post pone instead they deducted the $ and now were in the negative at our bank. this is not right is anyone out there in t mobile know what there doing? im so pissed off right now.

Great, fast service. The staff were able to solve a problem I had returning my old phone that another store wasn't able to.

Great staff and extremely helpful. I called ahead and they were able to help me get the phone I wanted and get it financed through my account and get me out of the door within 30 minutes. Helped I had the money and everything ready on my end.
