Ordered a few outdoor speakers, then placed another order for 1 more. We thought we were getting an enclosed speaker but when it arrived it could only be mounted right into a ceiling which we can not do. Tried to call and see if we could exchange it out and pay any difference in price......not willing to budge. Would have to order another one.

Ordered what I thought was the right used phone but they called before sending to make sure it was correct . I had made a mistake, they sent the right one and it works fine.

Avoid if you can. If your stuff shows up and it works ,it's fine but if you had something broken sent, forget about Startechtel doing the right thing. They won't. They will come up with some bogus reason why your return won't be processed. Too bad folks out there still run their business like this.

Buyer Beware! We have had problems with receiving junk phones not once but twice now. After the first time we decided to give them another try. After receiving 4 out of 6 phones purchased broken and the lack of customer support to make it right. We had to pay shipping to return their broken phones. We will not be using this company again.

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered a replacement RCA phone w/auto attendant because our auto attendant is not working in our system. I was told they had one in stock so I immediately paid the $175.00 and placed the order. I received a phone without auto attendant. The customer service at this point is a 1 on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst.

If I could give no stars I wouldI ordered a 19.99 1' iPhone cable lighting to USB cable. Simple right? No apparently not they shipped a 1' cable via FedEx Freight on a 53' tractor trailer truck to my residence. There was no way to accommodate the truck so I refused the delivery. I contacted the company they were useless and unable to fix the shipping issue and continued to try and have FedEx freight delivery the tiny box. I cancelled the order... Months went by... FedEx changed the delivery method and delivered the small box via FedEx Ground independent of Starechtel and Startechtel sent a second cable without asking after I had cancelled the order and requuestd a refund. Now many many months later never having issued a refund they are trying to collect the $19.99 for the second cable that I never asked for.... I can't being to impress upon anyone how utterly incompetent and just plain stupid these people are... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Horrible experience!!! I was buying a Bluetooth for a birthday happening two days later. None were available locally due to coronavirus. I looked online and this company gave the option of 24 hour shipping through Fedex (which of coarse can be a little pricey). I ordered at 4:33 pm mountain on Friday evening time so it was 3:33 pacific time. I didn't receive the Bluetooth until Tuesday evening. I called and expressed my frustration with the front office gal. I didn't get a call back, all I got was an email stating that their policy on 24 hour shipping was 'clearly stated' in their policies on their website and that their hours are stated on their home page. I had to search all over to find the policies and the 9-5 hours stated on the home page have nothing to do with shipping through Fedex when ordered during your STATED hours. If someone orders with 24 hour shipping- and you, as a company, are going to charge $41 extra for that shipping, at LEAST have the courtesy, (not to mention technological know-how) to have a pop-up saying this order will not be within the window for your little mom and pop shop to fulfill. Maybe then your customer would have the option of canceling the order!!!! As it stands, your very elusive policies page, somewhere within your website, is shady at best. So much for giving a smaller company my business. In hindsight, I would just order through Walmart for a lot less money!

Great prices. Website very easy to navigate. Bought parts for old option 11 system. One of only a few companies that had them.
