First, I want to thank Think INS for being such a reliable insurance agency. I work at a company where most of our insurance is handled by them, and I’m especially grateful for agents like Ashley and Sandy. I work closely with them on all our insurance needs and they’ve been a huge help.
Both Ashley and Sandy are true professionals who care about their clients. They’re quick to respond, ready to answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. What could have been a complicated process was made simple because of them.
They always go above and beyond to meet our insurance needs. Whenever I need something, they don’t just meet the requirements—they also offer extra help. I really appreciate how they stay on top of everything and make sure things are done on time.
Their customer service is excellent, and I feel confident knowing they’re handling our insurance. I’m so glad I’ve had the chance to work with them. They’ve made my job a lot easier!

I used the same insurance broker for years before switching to Think Insurance. They saved my business $27k/year!! Sure I had other companies give me quotes over the years, but they were always the same cost or higher. “Think” about getting a quote from Gagan and his team, it will be worth it!!

I can’t be more grateful to Think Insurance and there amazing team for helping with all my business insurances.
Gagan & Ashley are so amazing at Think Insurance and helped me during these hard times when my insurance company pretty much decided to cancel my policy due to a the crazy changes California has gone through.
I reached out to Think Insurance and within a few days had a new policy in place and couldn’t be more grateful.
Since then I have moved over 1 other business with Think Insurance and just got another new policy in place for my latest business with them as well.
I couldn’t be happier that I found this unbelievable company who stepped in and made it happen when no one else could. They are absolute life savers and I highly recommend using Think Insurance for all your business insurance needs. Thank you Th k Insurance

Stay away from this company. I was with them since October 2014 with my home and auto policy. I have recently closed my policies after almost 10 years with them. They set me up and I would only hear from them when it came time to renew each year.As the insurance industry went to complete crap in California, Think Insurance did not have my back at all. They sat there and watched my rates go up and up. They also sat there and did nothing as Mercury cancelled my home policy due to the age of my home, even though I provided documentation from contractors stating that my home was in good order. Think Insurance's solution was to set me up with another company that was more than double of what I originally paid.You can tell that the agents working there are just as frustrated as me. I completely blame the management who I asked to reach out to me at various times. They never did. Terrible management...terrible company.I just switched to a major insurance company and now I am saving THOUSANDS a year for much better coverage. Take the time to shop around and avoid this horrible company.

I can not get of hold of them at all. I received a letter from my insurance and i have been trying to reach them to resolve the issue. .best of luck for everyone else with the same issue.

I have called and was told someone would call me backNothingSince then I have called over and left over 9 voicemailsI get mail telling me they were advised by USPS I moved and to update my address.Yes I moved I have been calling for four months with zero response. I pay on time and have for 15 years I pray I don’t actual need to use this to cover anything!

Taking the capital mindset to new levels over here. Get out while you can, as they are robbing folks. Car insurance tripled and I canceled. Canceled initially looked elsewhere, but I can't wait 15 days with no car insurance -- so I stayed. They said via email that I was reinstated but obviously didn't set up autopay properly. Such attention to detail. Was with Mercury for 15 years perhaps. Now I can't drive for 15 days which is a complete disaster. Thanks!Think Receptionist Ill go ahead and delete the reminder to cancel your policy on 10/3. Policy is in force and active. Sincerely, Lizbeth Bermudez

I think Think Insurance does not want their business to grow or last if they are like this to all their clients because i have been calling their office for more than a week now to add a new car on my policy but I could not get hold of anyone, very poor customer service. Mercury insurance gave me them as my insurance agent though i did not choose them. It used to be so easy with my old agent Terri with Brown Insurance but the company neither she is no longer active so I guess i will have to switch too now to a different insurance.

I have used Think Ins. for many years and have gone through many representatives that I have worked with and I just wanna send kudos to Ashley K because I always get nervous with a new agent but she has an exceptional and I’m very thankful to have her working there!! Keep up the good work girl!
