Taking the capital mindset to new levels over here. Get out while you can, as they are robbing folks. Car insurance tripled and I canceled. Canceled initially looked elsewhere, but I can't wait 15 days with no car insurance -- so I stayed. They said via email that I was reinstated but obviously didn't set up autopay properly. Such attention to detail. Was with Mercury for 15 years perhaps. Now I can't drive for 15 days which is a complete disaster. Thanks!Think Receptionist Ill go ahead and delete the reminder to cancel your policy on 10/3. Policy is in force and active. Sincerely, Lizbeth Bermudez

I think Think Insurance does not want their business to grow or last if they are like this to all their clients because i have been calling their office for more than a week now to add a new car on my policy but I could not get hold of anyone, very poor customer service. Mercury insurance gave me them as my insurance agent though i did not choose them. It used to be so easy with my old agent Terri with Brown Insurance but the company neither she is no longer active so I guess i will have to switch too now to a different insurance.

I have used Think Ins. for many years and have gone through many representatives that I have worked with and I just wanna send kudos to Ashley K because I always get nervous with a new agent but she has an exceptional and I’m very thankful to have her working there!! Keep up the good work girl!

I had an insurance broker for about 22 years. They started to get real comfortable with me and were overcharging me premium prices Alex with think insurance was referred to me by my family so we were trying to keep everything in the house he's been able to save us money on car insurance ,liability insurance workers comp, but not only saving us money every time we have a question or a need he immediately takes care of us. He is the best I highly recommend them.

My wife and I are both realtors and assist clients all over; sometimes, we run into situations where certain insurance companies will not insure the property. We started working with Gagan and his team and they were able to take care of all the shopping for our clients and provide them with the best coverage for the best price. Worked with Alex Aguayo, Jr. He never sent me any information he said he would, he gave me the wrong price on my insurance when I renewed (he never asked the basic question of if any of my information had changed, like my address) and when I refused to pay more after having paid my bill in full (as my statement said), they cancelled my insurance.If you like being ignored, lied to, and ripped off, shop here!(would give 0 stars but that's not an option - also, this was who I had my Mercury car insurance through)
