The worst doctors I've ever had. They only onow how to prescribe medicine and not get to the root cause of the problem. They don't seem to even care about the patients, it's sad. You guys should've chosen another profession. The above statement is for the doctors that I've seen. The nurses seem great but are sadly stuck at this location or using it as a stepping stone to better their careers.

I have an appointment for my results today why am I waiting 45 minutes to hear my results!? Also why the hell can't they just tell me my results over the phone, it's not violating HIPA if they ask for your date of birth and name to read you the damn results. Once again I have an appointment!!

Worst place ever if a have 4 kids and I need pediatric appointments… I wait more than a month for the appointments for my kids and the same morning like 10 min before the appointment they call to cancel for 2 of my kids and then they don’t let me get in the appointment of my other girl because I can’t go in with my other kids so I want for more than a month for nothing like never again fr

worst clinic i ever been to. went in for a physical and Dr requested labs because i had some concerns about my health as well. i had set my appointment for 2 weeks to have my results read, just for the day of my appointment to show up and get denied to get seen because my medical said they no longer were my primary doctor (i had to go to an urgent care and asked if it was possible to check who my primary dr was on the system and even got the paper printed out and showed they were still my primary dr). when the day prior they called me so many times to confirm my appointment confirmed, it’s ridiculous how persistent they are to confirm your appointment the calls we’re back to back every 15 mins keep in mind i was at work. i asked if there was any possible way for me to pay for the office visit and they completely shut me out. these people don’t care at all unless your medical card is valid. not only that my mom also goes to this clinic and multiple times they’ve discussed to my mom about my appointments, i am 20 years old i don’t think it’s professional to discuss even the appointments with a client’s family member.

Back in the day more than 10 years (2013) ago when I used to go here they were top shelf, and called Centrelake ...especially for a clinic!! in fact, I kind of miss them now. I can't say what the service is like now but when Kathleen and Dr. Dr were there they were the bomb!!!

The truth is very good service. Call and they didn't take long to make my appointment and you don't have much waiting time! The only thing I don't like is that they pass the prescription to a very cheap pharmacy! And they make you wait a lot, otherwise the clinic is clean and very beautiful Thank you for your service ? I recommend it, the receptionists and nurses are very attentive and kind thanks to Dr. ??

The worst service starting with the receptionists who are very rude, they have no empathy to treat people who simply go for a medical visit and the doctors who give wrong diagnoses said my son had autism without having carried out a previous study. They ended up accepting their big mistake.

Staff does not know or have understanding of HIPPA laws. My daughters 20yrs old, going thru health issues. "She explained that she needs her mother in her appointment because her mother knows all her history and has questions." "The Medical Assistant replied-okay, uh-huh." Thus facility treats minority like without respect. Poor service and poor understanding of our laws.

I went to the clinic about a couple months ago. I was waiting in the lobby for a dental appointment. I have a herninated disc and sciatica and while I was in the lobby the girls in the front desk stared talking about me. They said that I was dancing and they were laughing. They said it in Spanish so they didn’t think that I would understand. I felt very embarrassed and hurt because they don’t know how bad the pain is. I hope they have more compassion to other patients because it’s not right.

The one star is for the receptionist they are nice . But Katherine the "Doctor" no starts. She is very unprofessional. She is no help on getting better but she is very good at giving medication even the medication you don't need in my experience. i won't trust her with my health or my family health.

*BEWARE* I went here because I needed a referral for my daughter because she had an accident and brokeher arm. We had to do an appointment with the doctor over the phone, the doctor didn’t even show her face and the video kept breaking up. Anyway, a day later cps comes knocking on my door because they suspect I broke my daughter’s arm. I’m more than certain this place called on us.. they didn’t even see my daughter in person but somehow still decided to call cps on me. Ridiculous and a waste of time.

These clinics are the worst!!!!! May sister is pregnant and who knows how far along she is she's being trying to get an appointment first with the Pomona about 3 weeks at this office they denied seeing her. Which is sooo discriminating! You cannot deny service to a pregnant woman first of all. All because her insurance is still pending. I'm sure they offer some time or emergency insurance. I went there when I was pregnant 4 years ago and the were helpful. The staff probably changed and now making things so complicated. They didn't help her at all. She then went to the Euclid office this morning and they told her she wouldn't be seen because an employee gave her the wrong date and time. And she was off today. This is ridiculous... why are the women at clinics so rude and treat there patients, new patients like crap! DO NOT GO TO NONE OF THESE CLINICS! It breaks my heart knowing that my sister is going through this with her first baby on the way. It is extremely unfair, disrespectful and unprofessional!
